If the companies averaged £1.25m turnover, then buying 4 would represent turnover of £5m. At 20% profit that would be £1m annual profit. Even a modest p/e of 6 would mean the purchase price could total around £6m. An "acquisition-led strategy" is not a cheap path to follow...

Publicising gas leaks is probably against terrorism laws - who in their right mind would highlight a good place to attack with fireworks? You certainly get 'bangs for your bucks' if you can cause a gas explosion.

However, BG has undercut a rival by a whole £1 [yes, 100 pence!]. Nonetheless, GOV are offering subsidies of around £5k, so if you need to replace a boiler a heat pump is worth considering, especially if you can combine it with a solar and battery pack at the same time.

To claim that UKOG shares are as "cheap as chips" seems a bit ramptastic as they would need to 5-bag to get on par with a chip.

The potential strength of Gold and Copper must make polymetallic massive sulphide deposits of particular interest. More so if there is a precious metal rich seam to initially exploit to recover a mines construction costs.
