VAL shareholders are revolting against the BOD and trying to arrange a down vote on more shares; the shares the BOD need to be able to issue to execute their growth plan. No growth plan = no future revenue = possible bankruptcy.

And now they have got agitated, any rises will likely be sold into as sentiment is shot to pieces. After2 consolidations there, you would have thought that those shareholders would understand by now that shares need to be issued to pay for things...

It is why it was shared with the emphasis that people should (a) check their own family positions and (b) spread the word. This is one of the few boards which does not exist to ramp a specific share; rather some advice / banter from a variety of perspectives.

As some would say, win-win. A little bit of good news at EST today which might provide some temporary ramping meat. But fully exploring the deposit and creating a feasibility study will run into the tens of millions of $ so plenty placing / dilution awaits. Maybe a trading spike?

Reasonable grades to start from, with scope for much improvement. Note that the ore is 'part buried beneath thin cover'and that the extent of AU and AG still needs to be established - their presence is expected in polymetalic VMS deposits, and when decent seams are found they can become the backbone of a mine development scheme thanks to rapid payback.
