Why not quote from the more recent Hardman Report? It suggests estimated net debt of over £7 million in the year ending 31 December 2020. Which is nearly twice the current market capitalisation - who is going to lend VAL the funds?

I am surprised that the holders who are so positive about Valirx's prospects keep on acting like 'second hand shareholders' and keep 'topping up'. To me it makes more sense to register with the broker, noting the intention to participate in future fundraising rounds. That way your money would go towards advancing the science behind Valirx's potential products and, potentially increasing the value of your current shares.

Too many people gamble on the potential without understanding the fundamental questions about future funding requirements. The dream of a NASDAQ listing would mean consolidation of more than 500 to 1 to get to the $4 requirement. The fees would probably be more than Valirx's current MCAP.

Most with an understanding of market dynamics would expect to see the Bid drop after a chunky sale, especially when a larger sale then goes through. You seem to be clutching at straws even though Freddy agrees with your 'insight'.

A quick read of the RNS does not explain the increase in share price to me - this afternoon's volume means it goes onto a speculative watchlist.

My understanding is that LSE aggregate complaints received through the 'Report' function and take actions as they see fit.

Why anyone would moan about NEX trades being posted is beyond me [even though my inner troll says some may not like being reminded that the share price has declined by around 50 percent since the Grand Challenge results were announced].

The advertised spread and recent share price performance indicates another placing is imminent unless a deal for VAL401, with upfront payments, is concluded in the interim.

The BOD are currently authorised to place around 200 million more shares which is unlikely to raise £1m unless news is announced that increases the share price.

The audited accounts are due by the end of June and I am expecting the Auditor's Report to be qualified again [iro going concern considerations] unless there is a post balance sheet event that clarifies the cash flow conundrum.

The last Auditor's Report stated:

'Material uncertainty relating to going concern:
We draw your attention to note 2 to the financial statements, which indicates that the company is reliant on future fund raisings to continue its activities as budgeted. Should future fund raisings be unsuccessful this will impact to the group and company’s plans to develop its products. As stated in note 2, this condition indicates that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the group and company’s ability to continue as a going concern. Our opinion is not modified in respect of this matter.'

Any attempt to vote down additional headroom could see the end of your Valirx. I can only hope that those who are over exposed see a short term outcome that is more positive than I am currently expecting.

But the reminder that the NAV at the end of December 2018 was 12.43p is always welcome [even though MAFL are trading at a substantial discount to the NAV].

You seem one of the few who have amassed shares over time whilst being critical at times. I do not know if you have the time or inclination but no one else has 'flown their flag'.

The BOD are likely to ask for permission to issue many more shares at the AGM [they have to release the annual accounts before the end of June] - sceptics will closely analyse the Auditors Report.
