I have no exposure to any airline stocks but this looks worse and worse by the day. When the CEO starts sweating and refuses to answer questions... Not good news.

The 3 amigos show no shame but the market has marked their cards in red ink.

Who knows if the placing rumours are true but, if they do a placing before patching the well to isolate the water, it would not display confidence in the Brockham work programme being successful. It may be a prudent move but I doubt that the market will react favourably in the short term.

That is what it looks like - unless the BOD issue a denial RNS in the morning my model says any share price support until news is released will only from the die hards buying from the disgruntled.

Time / Volume / Size analysis is likely to be required. The small mcap and large spread means trading is likely to be impossible.

No - it is in a death spiral without news. The so called new investor who bought in at a so called premium are Swiss based city spivs and their financing deal gives them upside to sell before issuing more convertible debt at a discount.

Looks bleak to me despite the professed potential of the science. The diehards will still buy to average down [sentiment analysis helps] but they will not be able to buy enough to absorb the dilution many expect.

Evidently I disagree - but I am just a data analyst, not an oncologist.

If the 'mood is positive' why have there been so many negative posts since the financing deal was announced on Friday morning? Why have Valirx had to use this company for funding - no large pharma has seen any reason to offer funding and it appears that they have been unable to arrange a conventional placing.

You may have averaged down to a little over a penny but, if they raise the £6m through issuing shares, you will need to more than treble your shareholding over time to maintain your percentage holding if the share price remains stable [which is unlikely as the financier will be selling, if, and when, they convert loans to shares].

Watch out for the TR-1 announcements. If Mr Slater sells up smaller long term holders should consider why. The financing company's investment will need to be announced through a TR-1 as well - start a new spreadsheet and model their holdings, warrants etc. If you are technically minded try using MongoDB which can be used with Kubernetes in a virtual machine [see Bitnami].

I fear that the only thing to wet the appetite is the need to approve the convertible loan arrangement or see the company go into administration.

But look on the brightside if you are positive - it is not impossible that the naysayers will be proved wrong. An interesting 7 weeks awaits for those who follow this share.
