The mid-price on the 25th of April was 0.53p with 681629382 shares in circulation. MCAP = £3.617m

Then the financing deal the next day - 71m shares issued at a 'premium' at 0.60p to raise £333333.

Now after raising over £300k there are 752629382 shares in issue and the MCAP is £2.446m despite receiving the £300k.

According to the 8AM AIM Notice issued this morning the next 71m shares have yet to be listed. So, a third down despite raising £333k and more fundraising to come.

What is going on?

As you state that you only quote from RNSs / videos can you point to the RNS / time segment in a video to back up your belief?

With so many zeros it is easiest to think that one share held since before the 2 consolidations is now effectively worth one ten thousandth of a penny.

It will keep the BOD employed if the current testing is not positive...

Pay £1 and keep getting Directors Fees - nice for some; not necessarily good for share holders.
