It seems as though the truth hurts - this share has only been kind to a few second hand shareholders who have been to time their buys and sell with fortitude.

Nobody knows the future but the past history needs to be acknowledged. The declining share price, dilution and now, a financing deal that might be renegotiated... Surely that need shareholders attention?
