They should know about the uncertainty created by the RNS dated 22 May and seem to have chosen not to comment. I would have thought that any renegotiation of post balance sheet events had to be addressed.

The market makers don't seem to want any of these shares at the moment. If the price drops into the 5p range again I will consider doubling my holding.

The key phrase is 'commencing discussions'. To date, they have not announced that they have cancelled the facility.

Is there an RNS to backup the claim Uncanny? All I can find is from the RNS dated 22 May which states:

The Company advises that it is commencing discussions with the Investor to amend the basis that is used to calculate the quantum of the Break Fee. The Company does not expect the outcome of these discussions on the quantum of the Break Fee to have an adverse impact on the Company. A further update will be made in due course.

No doubt someone will be claiming that they were buys.

Who knows what the results of the 'advanced discussions' will bring. The quote beneath is from today's RNS. For some reason the RNS is not showing here so I have added the London Stock Exchange link.

"The Company now announces that it is in advanced discussions with the Investor to terminate the entire Subscription Agreement that was announced on 26 April 2019 and enter into a new Convertible Bond Facility (the "New Facility") with the Investor. The terms of the anticipated New Facility are still subject to agreement and the Company expects to notify details in due course.

The Company's working capital position is dependent on new funds being made available to it. The Company anticipates that the Investor will provide it with additional funds under the New Facility as soon as the definitive legal documentation is entered into. In the event that discussions with the Investor terminate the Company will need to seek other sources of finance to meet its short term working capital requirements."
