Why would Avion do a takeover of IMM ?

Imm is Zimmer’s baby and he does hold a fair % of the company so I don’t see him agreeing to a takeover in those conditions ...

He did’nt sell any shares at 100p + so I can’t see him selling out for 8p

Avion haven’t published anything on lupuzor since signing the license agreement with IMM ..
They have nothing on their website to even acknowledge lupuzor ...

They paid no upfront payment to IMM

So far , it has cost them pittance so if it does’nt pass the SPA , they will have lost their time , only

Why would the FDA care ?
They do their job , and again , Christmas is no big deal in the States .... they have thanksgiving
