I believe that the FDA have asked avion to do a very extensive P3 trial involving up to a 1000 patients which could take years to recruit but Avion and the FDA could look an the interim results half way and if the interim results are more than promising they may give a conditional thumbs up to Lupuzor ...

We will find out shortly what Avion and the FDA have negotiated... NO pain = NO gain , IMM is a long term punt
