Whilst this is good news for patients suffering from this disease, it has nothing to do with IMM.

Lupuzor is being tested for SLE which is the most common form of LUPUS ..

The real question for me is the relationship between IMM and Avion ...
The FDA should give approval for the P3 trial , that’s not the problem ...but will they give the The go ahead on the terms requested by Avion , that’s another matter ...

My major worry is Avion and not the FDA ....

I think IMM and Avion will come to some compromise about the funding of the trial , if the FDA have requested a larger patient cohort than what the Avion budget of $25 is covering
