The P3 trial without the SPA is a major problem for Avion ....
A P3 trial under normal FDA guidance for lupus trials would have been granted a long time ago as there are no safety issues with Lupuzor ...

The major question has to be asked .

Will Avion go ahead and spend their dollars with a normal P3 trial or will they just hand back the rights to Lupuzor ......

But we did hear that before :-)

I believe we could see a placing for a partner and not a public placing ...
It might even be at a much higher price than the actual SP ...( seen it done a few times elsewhere )

Will have to wait and see because TB will be looking out for his 30 % :-)
