The clear regulatory pathway is known to all , it’s FDA guidance on all SLE trials :-)

It’s basically what I have being saying for a long time ...

Avion asked the FDA to change their guidelines in some way , but the FDA after all this time , have said
´ no changes , guys ´.
This is of course only my opinion ....

RMS , I would be a bit cautious about them as my perception is that Paul and Trevor have basically cashed out most of their positions and stock options

Some say they have been pushed out but I think that they stood down without much pushing ... that would make me fairly nervous , if I was still invested ....

My BRH shares cost me 0 as the dividend payment was superior to my average by 20% ....
Trevor did’nt do the dividend for nothing ..He knows that more £££ will refill the coffers , IMO

In my opinion, there could be major interest from some pharma giants who are not in the vaccine run at this time ...

Sanofi annonced that their vaccine won’t be ready till 2022 either so ....

Timing is the key here so let’s see where they go from here ....

That could come anytime so one just has to be patient and surf the waves , imo

We have been informed that the P3 trial will potentially now start in S2 2021 .....

It takes how long to do a P3 trial ?

Even with a fast track status which is normally handed out to all Sle trials , that would mean a 6 month deadline after receiving successful results from the trial before getting a potential market approval from the FDA ....

Add up this timeline and see where that brings us to ...

Patents have normally a 20year duration from the moment of application ....so ...

My concern is with the potential market protection if approved after a timespan of 3-4 years before potentially coming to market ....
