Either PAul and Trevor get the boot or DR Cave will have to consider his options ...

The general meeting we will know who has the most voting rights ...

Dr CAve is a major shareholder of RMS but he is not a director ...
The board of directors legitimately approved the share placing so all is LEGIT .. IMO

RMS has other cash requirements outside Dr Cave ´s masks ....

All DR CAVE can do is try and get enough shareholders behind him to vote against the resolutions to authorize the warrants but nothing else ....

Maybe a vote of no confidence in the BOD but that another piece of cake

Those stock options are at 1.4p. But nothing to stop them exercising those options even if the SP is at 1p or 2p

Logic dictates that they would wait until the Sp was well above 1.4p to exercise these options but they might need those voting rights for the general meeting :-)

Trevor and Paul have stock options that total nearly 5% of RMS which they can exercise at their will , anytime !

Nothing to do with the SP....

Last spike brought us 33p but major dilution since then but if we take into consideration that dilution well that gives a target of approx 20p

We are all awaiting news about the Spa from the FDA Regarding this new P3 trial sponsored by Avion ...

My thoughts have always been that Avion have innovated with their P3 protocol and the FDA have taken their time to consider if they agree to adopt their guidelines on lupus ( sle ) trials .
I expect that they will come to some compromise on the protocol but any changes in the FDA guidelines will require a large patient cohort to validate . I would expect up to a 1000 patients to be recruited in this trial ....
This would be a ´ major task to accomplish ´ for a small biotech and could take longer than expected to recruit such a large cohort so therefore I believe that we may have a two staged trial with a interim readout after half the patients have been dosed ..( that may explain why avion has asked for conditional approval during the P3 trial ) ...
I just thought I would share these thoughts with the board and have a discussion outside of the SP going to the moon :-)
