I think your post is very timely so thank you.

Whilst I’m unsure who of any influence in our company reads this board, I wholeheartedly agree with the principle that any members of the Board of a company ought to be invested in the listed shares. And in a meaningful quantity.

Now that we are in an open period I’m hopeful, indeed expectant that we will all be reading more news releases on this subject in the next few days.

Although I do not speak for them I think the feeling you express is well understood by the Board.
Some of the team are invested however now
the wider management team is largely in situ we should reasonably expect this situation to change

Yes there’s a great deal of patience shown by LTHs but I believe this will come good

My holding is 150m (not the 118m quoted on the TR1)
I understand that a further TR1 is only required when a whole integer percentage points threshold is crossed.

Having ridden quite a turbulent 2019 I am now very positive about INFA as I’m in no hurry but I understand the righteous impatience of other LTHs.

I think we are now in a stronger position than we’ve been ever in the history of the business. A competent & experienced management team with a workforce of experienced, grateful and enthusiastic employees in H&W now the BOD can turn their attentions fully back to natural gas; storage & FRSU.

All Resolutions were passed. A presentation was made by the BOD which was well received. All questions from the floor were answered credibly and convincingly. I believe the Company has a very bright and exciting future ahead of it. GLA

More to the point am I under a legal / statutory obligation to report my holding if >3% and how would I go about that?
