You’re probably right Alsebaran but if the current situation does not improve this will affect Avacta as companies will halt and/or suspend new investments until the market has stabilised, thereby pushing back any TO plans for the foreseeable future. Boardrooms are already moving into disaster recovery mode.

Seems pretty clear that he wants every leader to come over and kiss his hands like Netanyahu did yesterday. The rest of the world should shrug it off and let (american) consumers do the voting with their feet. If you think so. Have been there and the first thing that happens in these situations is consolidate cash position and hold off on investments. CEO’s and BOD’s tend to be prudent.

The danger is not about tarriffs, but their impact on markets and moods in the boardrooms of BP. That’s what I meant to say. Investments will be put on hold everywhere.

When Americans are hit in their wallets, their mood changes very quickly. If the DJ is hit by another 5-10% today we will see public opinion changing very quickly. Not the whole country has gone berserk one would hope.

Whilst we all hope the good news will arrive soon, I believe we may be unlucky with the timing. BP, just like most companies will not engage in m&a activity or major strategic choices until we get a clearer picture of where the tariff situation ends up. Fingers crossed this won’t throw a spanner in the wheel.

The marketcap is a result of sp multiplied by the total shares and not revenue/income. Unfortunately the share price has not moved hence mcap unchanged. Good to see improved cashflow though.

I am with you commee. We can’t even say this is a typical “buy on the rumour, sell on the news” scenario because the sp has not risen in anticipation of this news.

I believe pi’s have been hurt too often in AIM/smallcap trading over the past couple of years that nobody dares to buy on good news alone anymore. Only a solid partnership announcement or takeover will move the price imho. What the main intervenants (bod’s, mm, traders, pr, etc) don’t get with their (sometims questionable) dealings is that they are shooting themselves continuously in the foot. I am talking about smallcap in general, not He1 specifically.
