Surprised to see a discussion about difference between mcap and sp: the 2 always go hand in hand with Mcap being the total number of shares x sp.

Also, some take revenue as profit. Nothing is less true. Ebitda is the number to look at and companies will go for a multiple of Ebitda, not gross income.

That said, the outlook is more than bright.

Target for ONT was 200 gbx only a few months ago so nice to see it becoming reality so quickly. Anybody with any idea guestimate where we could get to in the medium term? Thx

We’re not going to complain about the current run of play but that investor(s)made £1.2m (on paper) over 10 days. Who would not invest big being given the opportunity?

Taking the risk of repeating myself but with the new Heights instalment due sometime soon, the sp will slowly decline unless there is news of some sort of a deal. The more the sp is down, the bigger the dilution, so a bit of a vicious circle. The same happened to Avacta. Am a big fan and hope I’m wrong.

I think the Heights deal is doing its damage in the background unfortunately. Fingers crossed for some big news soon otherwise we may be into these negative trends for a while.

Agree on the valuation but not as opposed to to revenue. Revenue is not profit, that’s why the group is on a cost-cutting path.

It will hopefully all come good.

On the Faron website in the wording the talk about an aggregate of 300,000 shares donated but then straight after show 600,000.

Confused. Lse shows 600,000 sold @ £3.09 (!) on June 3rd. What did we miss this time?

When you look at both companies charts over 5 years they are very similar. ITM has started to recover a bit earlier, but Ceres will hopefully follow in their path again soon. Started already..

I wouldn’t be surprised to see some big “sells”appearing after closing. Heights tend to dispose of the shares quite quickly

Unfortunately we’re likely to see this happen every 2 months unless there are significant changes in circumstances i.e. t/o talks, partnership or significant data. Or indeed if Faron decides to pay HCM in cash. It’s not the best situation to be in so fingers crossed that that significant event arrives rather sooner than later, as there is a risk of a slow declining sp, which in return will make the impact worse every time.

Wyn, I don’t think anybody has “missed the boat” for the moment. Some may have missed the lifting of the anchor, but still a long way to go.
