Personally I am convinced that the board wants to keep any ongoing discussions under the radar and with the investment bank working on identifying and holding talks with possible suitors it will lead to either the big bang or implosion. I opt for the former but hope to see some news very soon.

Not easy to find on the latest annual report of 146 pages. My guess though is that these are PI’s grouped under HL, AJB, Barclays etc. Can’t be 100% sure. Even Chat GPT can’t find it..

Is that HL nominees or HL themselves? If it is nominees it is probably all those pi’s using HL.

We had that discussion about 100% ownership until full maturity if the science/product in the past. It all depends on personal circumstances and personally would like to see some movement rather sooner than (too) late. That’s probably a matter of age but nothing to do with the fact that one’s just interested in the SP rather than the science.

A surprisingly quiet afternoon with only a handful of posts and SP hardly moving either direction and that just a few days before the anticipated big reveal over the next weeks. Holding our breath..

Since the start of the conflict the SP has been subdued to to the overall risk to the company.

As for the success-rate for the peaceplan, I just listen to the more trustworthy news outlets and they were telling us last night and this morning that there was a good chance.

Remember thay called in the investment bankers a few months ago? Those guys need a 2-3 months to get there report out and test the market by meeting potential buyers. I would expect news over the next month. Imvho
