Surely today is just stop losses kicking in. Usually a technique by "pro" traders as they have software that can see where the stop losses are. Especially with such low volume we drop that much. To me that's the only reason.

If you held the stock at close today you will receive the dividend. If you sell tomorrow you still receive the dividend.

Definitely continue to hold after ExDivi , With gas prices and oil prices supported what isnt to like? Hopefully some good news in the pipeline too !

Well it looks like Meryll Lynch sold 10% of their shares recently and Vanguard bought a load aswell as HSBC and UBS !

So after quite a few large sells after hours (16.35) today we have a 3million buy . Traders certainly are working hard with this share.

Your reading too much into it Jefff , if home builders or landlords lie about the energy efficiency of a house then there should be repercussions. It isnt fair on the Tennant or home buyer if they are spending a fortune on heating a home eventhough its been rated an "A" for efficiency.

Well the autumn statement should be interesting. Its just come out that the UK economy is much better than first thought, so given that the government are coining it in from every living soul I'm expecting some sort of household energy benefit or review or the EPL !

Definitely profit taking before the weekend. I'm expecting 270p+ before for ex divi , and then no doubt a tumble down to 250p after. If brent holds then should creep back to 270p+

The sp has some catching up to do. No debt and the poo is almost at $90 !

Well oil is on a real bull run right now so hopefully the pain is over here ! Gas is inevitably going to the moon in the coming months and there's plenty out there to support the oil price. Onwards and upwards HBR !

Well the energy MP Grant Schapps has moved into the military position so wonder who will take Schapps position as energy minister. Hopefully someone who will support the North Sea.

Looks like the share has finally woken up regarding the gas price movement ;-)

Uk gas prices are very high for this time of year so expect massive improvement over the winter too when things get cold !

Basically governments have us by the b*locks and that's the intention. If HBR can gradually replace UK production with fields in Norway/Indonesia/Mexico then its win win here ! Gonna be a slow burner this share but should add annual growth while paying a divi.
