Good luck with your trade , however things are changing regarding the UK North Sea given what was said at the Aberdeen offshore conference and the recent set back*cough planned setback cough* with wind power, i wouldnt of sold if i were you.

Also , i like the language from the FED where they are focusing more on "core" inflation. ;-)

Not a bad SP performance considering the economic news released today.

Its a difficult one to call with the buybacks , maybe they are supporting the shorters. As for the oil price it seems the China deflation situation is helping as the Chinese government continue to offer incentives for growth (supporting the oil price) which hopefully will offset the Wests economic downturn. If we can get through this next quarter with oil in the 90's and gas around 100p therm we should be alright.

What makes me laugh is that the government want to destroy the UK oil and gas industry , yet where will they go once the oil and gas taxable income has dried up ? we will be a third world country before long . Green this , Green that , what a load of ol rubbish.

Barrell Chaser , it is a little frustrating that the divi works out to be less due to the exchange rate , however hopefully you purchased more shares when they were in the 217's ;-)

It's certainly a share for the bravest. That's for sure.

Moral of the story with this share is do not panic sell.... on what looked like to be an awful day oil is still $90 and uk gas is up 7% ! Back to the 240's we go ;-) . Just as well we get paid to be here ;-)

This is frustrating being down at this sp again , especially at $90 brent ! On the flip side its good to receive another ground breaking divi for nothing. Just got to sit this through and have faith in the oil price. Gla.
