Superuser , you love to scare monger ! The company have already said capex will fall from 2025 onwards due to so many near field opportunities which means less exploration and drilling costs ! The cost per boe drops to $14 too ! So as long as oil and gas prices are stable profit will rise and so does the share price ! As well as bugbacks. To me it's all natural growth !!

Jayroz. Hbr has 19 years of reserves and if I remember correctly 19 billion in assets. It's the largest independent oil producer in the world and has unlimited growth potential with near field low cost opportunities. It's also the largest operator in Norway !

I wonder when those EIG shares sold at 265p will re enter the market , now theres a thought .

Also I recon there's a possible sale of uk assets on the horizon, and with that money hbr will buy out basf ?

Well i feel so much more confident with this share now iv watched the markets day video. You can clearly see the plan and how it will take shape, the board take every asset very seriously and ensure the maximum value is made from each. Same for the board members and their experience , hbr are a very established team. Now I have my position I'm happy to build on that over the next few years while collecting the divi. As for the oil and gas prices , they aren't going anyway, Linda states there's been distinct lack of investment over the years and with a forever increasing population demand for energy will be growing , and oil and gas are still the main source of that energy.

Also , another big factor. Harbour now have $30billion in assets compared to $9billion in 2023. Now that's some growth tight there !

Harbour clearly are a big player ! Nigel Hearne was the head of global operations for Chevron !

Least we know reserve life is pretty insane ! And the portfolio is excellent. Selling some fields could substantially knock a lot of debt off.

The good thing is the 19 years of reserves. That's one hell of an asset. It's just finding the bottom for the SP !

Also, the company looking to buy out basf ? So load with more debt?

Right now the foreseeable for oil is gloomy with opec increasing production, the only thing to stop the doom is China, but it seems everyone is looking to increase supply ! $80brent is looking well off.
