Body Mass Index is known for sometimes classing good aerobic capacity rugby players and pehaps persons in heavyweight rowing crews as overweight and in such instances of non-specifcity, it becomes a meaningless corruption with false guidance from a perceived average.
A healthy heart and good blood pressure comes from within, those important aspects of fitness are not perceivable from external appearence or biased imagination from this share chat.
If someone mentions their height and weight and someone who still cycles and did a lot of cycling in younger days whether just from enthusiasm or also competitively, they might have been a lighter build based of 70 miles being easy after weeks of inactivity -presumably with a strong background - in younger days.
It was the cycling fellow (as I remember it) who first or was certainly one of the first who expressed another poster was overwieght, without evidence.
Although complacency might not be ideal nor too much concern... health of a person can't be always determined from appeaerence and bodyweight.
Like all animals, it is wise for humans to eat healthily.
