Generally loans are given out to people who are considered honest. RRR has managed to file an audited annual report each year and to continue as a going concern which suggests truth to me. The ability to get mining licences and occasionally enable production in the past, suggests to me honest effort and good regard for RRR which more generally... is not always about share price in the junior mining sector, from what I have heard and read: it is sometimes because of how people get along with each other, as well as understanding the ground.

The 15/11/23, refers to the first truck exporting lithium bound for Beira.

The half-year report of 28/03/24 explains the lithium stockpile is split between Beira and Harare. The 11/12/23 RNS migh be relevant, to adjusted plans at that time.

5 million tomnes was obviously rhetorical, the clue was in the question mark, ditto for 1 million. Someone who has invested directly in a lithium aaset, probably has done a bit of research, probably knows, what is decent yield, significant tonnage, epic tonnage, rhetorical tonnage. Wikipedia refers to the Greenbushes mine in Western Australia, producing slightly under 2 million tonnes per year, following previous research, I'm not aware of any others producing more than 1 million tonnes of litium per year as of yet, that research didn't take much longer, in total, than walking to my nearest bus stop, so I do think someone who has made a significant direct investment in an asset would more know more about the commodity and / or the asset than Banbury, Zumore and myself - all of whom might be capabable of quickly recognising rhetoric.

8 days between the February 19th broadcast and February 27th broadcast, he said he was back in both broadcasts which is why I think he left to return between the two. Alternatively, repeating the same personal status. It was just a little bit more of a verbal update yesterday relating to his perception of progress and to say he is currently back.

Zumore's suggestion at 21:43 yesterday and repeated today with regard to the tweet on 20/02/25 is without merit. There was nothing obvious from yesterday's broadcast to decide the previous seven days involved a decision one way or another in relation to the tweet he cited from 20/02/25. There was nothing in the broadcast to negate that he was back in the UK twice within 8 days. I agree with Specinvestor99, in that the specific aspect to those 8 days is noise. It also seems even from the brodcast of the 19th in the respect of which the 27th was a continuation, he doesn't need to be in all the meetings and yesterday he said there was a result in principle, which is why he deems it reasonable to be currently back in the UK - that is not official but it might explain how it would not be over the top to fly out and return within seven days, if that were so.

Broadcasts are interesting and I quite like them but am aware that RRR RNS' and potential updates (in the same manner) are the verifiable and official news content communications

Just to slightly correct, clarify my 13:47 post, the last broadcast but one was on 19/02/25 (nine days ago, as of today) when Bell mentioned they were in the middle of meetings which were to do with the implementation of what had been decided. Whether it was a theoretical discussion of implementation or more meaningful, backed up at some point by evdence or a progression from one to the other (given the plural, presuming I heard correctly) with the latter backed up by evidence at some point, time will tell - maybe.

7 days between tweet and Zumore's post yesterday, easily enough time to fly there and back. He never expressed a decision either way so there is not a relevant statement to prove or disprove.

The 29/01/25 RNS went on to explain such efforts are still a prority but noted the milatary devolpments - that were reported via major news outlets on the weekend ending 26/01/29 - and acknowledged there will have been an inevitabke slow down.

Yesterday, in his broadcast Bell said something along the lines of there is an agreement in principle; in the broadcast, just one back from that he referred to him or his team being in tbe middle of meetings discussing implementation, that was in very recent days - perhaps the last week or so. Sounded like things had progressed since 24/02/25 and 29/01/25 but that has not been officially confirmed yet.
