No I don't think it is a disaster, people didn't need to stand still during all the years since 2005 and there have been various opportunities to do well. RRR has assets which are still worth more on the balance sheet than the liabilities as per the audited annual report of 13/12/24.

That is my interpretation of an AI overiew from an internet search engine - hopefully correct enough but I undestood enough of it that the AI explanation was consistent with what Helpful said.

There is some overlap with how people often use the two terms but there is a technical difference and the issuing of new shares to raise capital is limited as a separate definition by that sole method... That is how I interpreted the explanation of the difference between the two terms.

On the 11/12/24 there was a RRR RNS detailing £200000 of the £250000 cash that was due to POW nine months after completion of 100% ownership of RRAL / NBGC, was paid early rather than next month and £50000 was to have been paid by January 20th 2025 rather than next month. This was following an ammendment on 10/12/24.

According to RNS' thus far it is true that a separate £250000 is due to POW by 19th March 2025.

There was an element of flexiblity, allowed on agreement, within the RNS' explaining the deal and the 11/12/24 RNS provides evidence of that having been actioned.

71428571 warrants at a price of 0.045 is approximately £32,000.

The seventh point was imprecise, unkowing and largely without caution.

Thanks Helpful and Orslega. The 20:16 post has interesting details and yes Bell has mentioned possibilities / disccusions with regard to 20:47 but though unofficial, it hasn't been with any aspects of hype. Possibilities sometimes get, realised sometimes they don't and sometimes are still in the future, which can become less distant in time.

Our perception of time is thanks to the sun, our awareness of the stars both seen and unseen does not obscure the possibility of recognising gutter tactics.

Re. 19:11: The conclusion to the Chairman' statement from the annual report of 13/12/24 finished by saying that gold sales are a current priority, it also said: developing operation(s) to enable income stream (slight paraphrasing).

The period relevant to the above detailed annual report runs through to 30/06/24 - unless told otherwise - there is still a few months to meet one or both of those objectives, from asset(s).
