I know exactly where it occured - there was slightly more than a mutiple of two, and what my position was. Withdrawn with agreement is withdrawing, to withdraw, just an implied reminder first - on that occasion. There was no need to write down the date and that was not a future consideration for the evening - in a generally serious place of exercise, where the intention is not to chemically alter behaviour.

There was another incident I saw not involving me and also contained, the guy got over the top about someone hoovering him near him, with ten minutes to go, it seemed that he was subsequently barred - so withdrawn and possibly agreed with afterwards.

The action described at 14:42 is what I regard as the immediate withdrawal, the tirade stopped at the same moment. The apology of his wiser and likely more natural friend might have helped calm his less rational perspective.

Some people know when to withdraw immediately, to step back, to walk away. A likely steroid muncher was once pulled back from further advance, any further expression of his unreasonable tirade with one of his friends the one who was pulling him back, apologising to me. That was an immediate withdrawal, not a further step forwards was allowed.
