RE: RRR guidance of gold production12 Mar 2025 23:24
23:14: Apologies... The October RNS was 07/10/24 which said "We continue to move towards gold production" and expressed the hope for gold sales by the end of 2024.
The RNS that detailed sourcing of and paid for equipmemt was actually on 06/11/24.
18/11/24 RNS and 13/12/24 annual report were correctly referred to by date as well as content.
RE: RRR guidance of gold production12 Mar 2025 23:14
It did not say gold production would occur by the end of 2024. The 06/10/24 RNS stated "We comtinue to move towards gold production". Later in the same paragraph, the hope for gold sales by tbe end of 2024 was expressed but that is not the same as guidance.
There was and RNS in November around 10th or day after explaining equipment had been sourced and paid for. 18/11/24 RNS explained that the team and equipment had reached Ougadougou.
The 13/12/24 annual report expressed gold production is a current priority, seems to me like it will be one of the main aims this year... this half... perhaps we will get some sort of progress report for this quarter.
Regarding your penultimate sentence at 10:48, Banbury, it was more subtle than that - regarding selling some shares for liquidity for what was perceived to be quite a low market value of Jupiter Mines when it listed earlier that year and subsequently lower "more anomolous" value balanced somewhat by a high yield as per the annual report of 2018. There may have been good tactics utilised that year.
No Banbury, RRR did not declare they had fast tracked paymemt for result of test samples as per 18/10/24 RNS - payment had been submitted and remitted. A remitted payment could be a payment made in stages.
There is no evidence to support your false claim that all of RRR's licences are delinquent.
Re. 11;42: Thanks Helpful for the clarification with relevance to the spin out of Juno Minerals from Jupiter Mines - potential iron ore royalty retained, presuming I have understood correctly.
Re. 10:24: No need to exaggerate Zumore, I said RRR had a profitable year in 2018. Their next profitable year was in 2020 - their most recent so far - consisting of a significant amount. Investments in Jupiter and Juno mining companies were completely sold off by 2022 (still a potential manganese royalty, I believe) which might have been useful liquidity during the recent pandemic / lockdowns. Since 2018 RRR invested in POW and sold their shares at a profit and they expanded their gold licences in different continents - those positives contribute to my opininion that the money referred to in 2018 has not been squandered.
Following on from 2017 and the AGM of that year, Zumore referreed to, RRR had a good year with some recovery and was moderately profitable as per the 2018 annual report. Within their five years of profit so far, three of them contained quite large amounts.
RE: The problem with interpretation.11 Mar 2025 11:00
Orslega, I agree with the implied greater value but he didn't tell him to park it, more like a suggestion with a question. Bell's perspective, consistent with his answer makes sense.
21:10, Well yeah, he knew because of the clarification of the question in the subsequnent reply explained, presuming it was read by him, the main reply was responding to the question as it was phrased.
"FUD" is a fairly well known acronym for fear, uncertainty and doubt", I wasn't aware of it before reading posts on here but multiples of people are aware and so multiple people might use it from time to time.
Re. 17:09: to your finito - might be better than not, you exaggerated half-way through with "some". If I had a two pints with a meal, I did not have "some" pints with a meal - if during the same meal, I never had more than a couple of pints.
The 06/11/24 RNS detailed the first batch of gold equipment relevant to project - paid for. The 18/11/24 RNS stated the equipment had arrived in Ougadougou. The 07/10/24 referred to the progressing of stages towards gold production, it mentioned the hope of gold sales by the end of 2024 but mentioning a hope is not the same as making a promise.
