The RNS of 11/12/23 was detailng an issue of shares and an update.

The issue of shares was for a subscription of £110,000 approximately £58,000 of that was to do with urgent and additional costs which seemed to be to do with the lithium project.

There was a point writen in bold in the same RNS detailing that all export costs for 200 tonnes of lithium to destination port were fully paid.

The urgent and additional costs might have involved the decision to store the extracted lithium for some time... which was a change of plan as the sale has not concluded. The RNS referred to investment helping to start a lithium export pipeline.

The Chairman's Statement - Other Activity - in the annual report of 13/12/24 gave a summary / update relevant to African Lithium Resources.

Note 6 (which I referred to as section 6) is about Project Development and Other Project Expenses, it details Zimbabwe Lithium at £107,000 with regard to the accounting year up to 30/06/24 - that note / section is between notes 1.3 and 13 of the annual report of 13/12/24.

Section 6 was for Project Development and Other Project Expenses - Zimbabwe Lithium was detailed at £107,000 for the year up to 30th June 2024.

I have read that £107,000 for the amount that it is and not nil.

Also in the 13/12/24 RRR annual report there is the Chairman's statement and in the first paragraph of Other Activity he explains progress, strategy and tactics regarding ALR including: the establishment of an export pipeline and the current storage decision.

The 13/12/24 RRR annual report followed on from the half-year report of 28/03/24 - consistent with what Helpful said about interims, from which he quoted at 09:44 yesterday.

09:44 post on 29/03/25 contained a quotation by Helpful, from the RRR half-year report, of 28th March 2024.

19:33: in that same interview Zumore, between two minutes and 2 minutes 10 seconds it was explained that in the RNS of the same day, they stuck to the formal text of the invitation.

The RNS of 24/01/25 explained the meeting from two days before went ahead, it was positive towards overall progress but still some suff to do. I read that and thought it might not be that complicated, in any case there have been various communications since the start of the year, people can decide for themselves how they regard them.

And finally, my attitude towards RRR has always been balanced and given that poster news once apologised for describing me as a bull - he was, as he explained, quickly grouping by two categories and hadn't intended as many posters - no apology was necessary but he understood the consistent balance and given he was correct, 07:48 was not.

15:36: it was five days apart, not three.

Further slight correction, I forgot that I also exited from one wrapper for six days, following two sells three days apart, in autumn of 2024, adjusted holdings, bought back in and accumulated, haven't sold for the preceeding six months.

In the other wrapper I have always maintained a RRR position for two years eight months so far, haven't sold for more than the preceeding twelve months but have accumulated.

Correcting 13:41... the RNS of 13/03/24.

False post by Aimdogs at 07:48. I have previously posted that I exited my RRR position from one of the two wrappers - that was at the start of november 2023, also reduced a postion in another stock a couple of weeks later, I decided to increase my cash position at the time.

I bought back in to RRR after the RNS of 03/13/24, I have always maintained a position in RRR in the other of the two wrappers (duration approximately three years). I have been consistent since RRAL agreement with POW from March 2024 - maintained, added in both wrappers, no sells in one of them, sells in the past have sometimes just been for liquidity or to reposition holdings.

The storage costs might be currently nil to RRR because of aspects of the 11/12/23 RNS... All exports costs for 200 tonnes of lithium to the destination port were paid. There was also mention of a settlement of costs in relation to something that had emerged with the lithium project and required a bit of nimbleness, the issue of shares proportional to approximatelty 58k to settle that cost, might be why storage has been paid for - if it has, and the storage cost for relevant duration might not be as much as that entire total, which may also have covered or contributed to other aspecrs of the operation.

I quite liked that 11/12/23 RNS and where it relates to lithium might be more relevant than Banbury's attempt to control the narrative at 22:23.

Incorrect at 19:00 Banbury, there was no RRR RNS on 07/11/23, there was no RNS predicting export sales on 07/11/23 and there was no spike to do with 07/11/23.

Ther was an RNS mentioning a few things as well as being unaware of any reason for a price rise on 13/10/23.

From the price chart history I can't see anything 0.2+ or 0.2 going back to August 2023.

I bought at 0.16 and 0.14 in the latter half of 0ctober 2023 and sold those two buys at the start of november at 0.15 - that was a tangible, moderate profit because of how it averaged between the two buys - proportion of shares - more at 0.14.

You lack accuracy at 19:00, you are contradicting RRR RNS' including half-year report of 28/03/24 and you are making things up.

11/12/23 RNS - all costs for the export of 200 tonnes of lithium to the port are fully paid.

07/10/24 RNS : "we hope will lead to first gold sales in both juristictions before the end of 2024", the 07:41 post is false.

Correction of 19:14: as it was "imminently" at 1m 24s in Proactive Investors interview of 04/04/23, as said in earlier post (less than two years ago) relevant RNS', half-year and annual reports contain historical perspectives on progress.

It was "imminnently" and still slightly less than two years ago blueboy1975. It was expressed at 1min 24 in an interview with Proactive Investors in spring of 2023, it won't have been been any earlier than March 28th 2023 and was consistent with the half-year report of 03/04/23.

Relevant RNS', half-year and annual reports explain the historical perspectives on progress.

Re. 23:11: regardless of the bulk, the application (not the content of the post) is selective. The fact is some things are not the same people doing the same thing again in spite of the fact that Zumore did the same thing again.
