Morning, new chorister (without surplice). Can any board gurus help with info regarding the call option? From the prospectus it is clear that the board and major early shareholders have pre-emption rights but I cannot find any more info regarding pricing etc, even after an RNS trawl.

Morning, question for board gurus from a new chorister (without surplice). I have basic knowledge ie what a call option is, defintion of pre-emptive rights and so on. Do you have any actual info specific to PRD? Failed to find it by both RNS and prospectus trawl.

I would contend your point though in that the Trinity field enjoys a confluence of both an onshore oilfield and a reliable source of 99% pure CO2. It may be a good idea for us to study the world in some detail and attempt to evaluate where such ideal geographies exist concurrent to an analysis of how cost efficiently CO2 can be shipped.

Ironic really, that CO2 has economic value as a commodity.

GP, not correct re Ashover Grit. Read the rns's again, here's a snippet.
