My viewpoint is totally focused as an investor on value disconnects, in a sense the newish SPE rules allow low cost accumulations to be actioned: speculating of course that FID will eventually be achieved. I see the value in SL, satellites and possibly Isobel as a form of pseudo-arbitrage play.

My view is that PRD have discovered and developed a commercial niche in a geography which will, in accordance with recent government statements, become a CCS and CO2 EOR region. Therefore we can expect competition from players who have deep pockets and may even pay real money for Carbon Dioxide.

For me the multibag potential in Predator lies with Moroccan gas and the possibility that the two LO’s offshore Eire will be developed. May be wrong but my overview is that TnT EOR will be a profitable but unspectacular business.

Agree with that Tim, PRD is such an interesting company given it's relative diversity but I think my point was to try and open up discussion about which aspects of the company have the possibility of radical mcap uplift in the short term.

In that sense my view is that only farm in (at very good terms) to the LO's in Ireland could offer massive share price gains prior to a possible stellar outcome at MOU-1. As for CO2 EOR my expectation is that the I.P is definitely worth something but more of a medium term business development. Does anyone know any likely commercialisation metrics for this? My guess is that it will be highly bespoke to the sands suitable for EOR rather than more fixed price contracts.

I would disagree, the most reliable indicator of future performance is the dividend cover ratio and Predator are years away from such a calc. For the moment we ought to speculate on the short to near medium term performance as investors in high risk E and P's.

We all have different attitudes to PRD which is healthy, I am fully expecting (ok hoping) for farm in partners for Corrib South and Ramhead this summer.
