Multiplier7, are you aware that SMS holds a B share (golden share)? I'm ok with this, it protects his interests and IMO mine too. In other words nobody will take S4 Capital on the cheap. SMS was asked by a shareholder at the recent AGM about merging with a larger company, SMS said that he's not against doing a deal if it was the right deal to do at a credible price. I guess time will tell.

I've been taking a look on this new free website that I've come across, (link enclosed below) regarding the valuation of S4 Capital. Its the only site that I've found that currently forecasts S4 Capital to make a profit this financial year.

You know it's good when a recent ftse100 position (#BT) is now almost 20% higher. Looks close to a bigger extension, no bias here of course.

Disclosed short positions increasingly getting pinched, I make it 208m shares > 0.5%?

A very quiet start to the trading day, in the first hour only 1,027 shares purchased, with no sell trades reported.

What would convince me to add to my holding is if directors was to start buying S4 shares. Otherwise, I will wait for good news to indicate a turnaround. I just cannot justify adding further with the share price being very volatile. Who knows where the share price is heading 35p or 60p plus.

The Company received notification on 13 June 2024 that pursuant to a pre-approved trading plan dated 20 May 2024, on 23 May 2024 Brady Brim-DeForest, a PDMR, sold 1,429,546 ordinary shares of £0.25 each at a price of £0.515 each (for an aggregate price of £736,216.19).

The shares were sold to meet to meet US tax liabilities triggered by full ownership of his shareholding in S4 Capital. Post-sale, Brady Brim-DeForest's shareholding in the Company is 3,967,678 shares.

Some shorts from lower levels really starting to feel the pinch now.
