A share price break above 61p would be very bullish on the chart, 3rd time lucky.

Large spreads has killed this share price all the way down from 250p, enhanced daily falls with large gap downs at UT @16:35pm.

Agreed, from up 1.3% to down 5%, to up 1.3%. Crazy large bid & offer spread prices as always.

Just looking at the daily volume, (link enclosed below) its clear to see that there hasn't been the volume needed for Lmorx Trust acquired 27,652,343 making them S4 Capital's 6th largest shareholder within the last 8 trading days. So they clearly must have used off book trades to achieve this volume. Its a very murky world.

You would think so. Lmorx Trust acquired 27,652,343 making them S4 Capital's 6th largest shareholder, yet no RNS announcement, they wasn't in the top 46 shareholders according to Bloomberg on 21/5/2024.

According to Morningstar Third Avenue Holdings S4 Capital shareholdings total stands @66,563,403 11.15% on 31/5/2024. According to my latest Bloomberg screenshot dated 21/5/2024 Third Avenue Holdings total was 32,327,070. If these figures are correct that's a large increase in the past 8 trading days.

From my understanding Vanguard holding increased by 35,871 shares, total now stands at 4,014,523.

Morning Auson, I was of the opinion that there was a strong possibility that they were stake building on behalf of a client/bidder. However, with Third Avenue selling 2.2m last month, this throws doubt surrounding my opinion that they are stake building without knowing the full details of course, its just speculation on my part.

Agreed Joe, nothing will change here until S4 post a profit, and that could be 18 month away. I have plans to more than double my investment here, but I have no confidence in the share price, its being played by traders, down over 10% this week, with no company news reported. Unless directors start buying shares, I will hold off adding.

I think that I'm right in saying that if Sorrell was to sell any of his S4 shares he would lose his (golden share) B share, so I would say that it's highly unlikely that he would sell any shares, he's in control of the company he founded as it stands.

Pokerchips, If you're right, and I have no reason to doubt you, then even more reason why if he was short protecting his position, that he would have now closed and have plenty of spare cash, to take advantage of the weak share price and go long by purchasing more shares having been diluted through M&A, (like the rest of us.) This would also help restore much needed confidence in the company, because as it currently stands we just look like a sitting duck.

Sorrell also purchased 8.9m shares @142p in 2019, also 30,000 @500p plus in 2022. I'm surprised that S4 directors haven't averaged down at these low share prices, what I read in to this is that they don't expect a turnaround yet. If they were to start buying shares now then I would follow them and top up. I don't see anything happening until 2025 or 2026.
