GoCPI, I couldn't agree more. I think it will more likely be 2025, or even if it takes it until 2026 I will still be here patiently waiting. Management mistakes have been made, however I do believe that management will get it right in the end. IMHO.

GoCPI, I agree with you regarding LSE, we got fleeced yet again today at the closing 16:35pm auction for 0.80p.

S4 Capital total spent on M&A £1.1bln. All past M&A cash payments paid for apart from £1m in 2025.

Net Debt peaked and falling now that virtually all past M&A paid for.

FCF will now be used to pay down debt & dividends.

S4 Capital is a 1 billion company valued currently at less than £300m. S4 spent £266m on jewel in the crown Media Monks. When the sector turns, and it will, S4 will recover.

Directors buying @1m I find very reassuring.

On 10 May S4 reported Q1 results, results beat market expectations, the share price responded accordingly, closing up 8.26p @54.50p on the day. Today, almost 7 weeks on we are back down @43.50p with no bad news reported. Poor LSE.

Just to recap the above from last week. I wonder if S4 Capital will have picked up some new clients last week in Cannes, to go with todays new client General Motors. I hope that S4 Capital are going to announce some good news soon, 2 or 3 new whoppers would help change the near term outlook. Come on S4.

S4 Capital's "whoppers" may well be back up to at least 11 this year. Maybe more whoppers on the way after last weeks Cannes Lions Festival. The last time we were at this level the share price was trading @200p.

1pencil, the last Bloomberg update screenshot that I posted was on the 21 May, the last change on this update was Franklin Resources on 20 May.

According to Fintel It looks like their holding is unchanged. However, going by Bloomberg their holding has reduced slightly by 691,488 shares.

It's now 16 months since Deutsche Telekom CEO Tim Höttges admitted that his company’s stake in BT was its “biggest mistake”. DT are in the hole for 452p per BT share. For most underwater investors I would have expected DT to have taken advantage of a very weak share price, to bring down their high average share price. But still no move, if he's waiting for the share price to recover to 452p it may never happen.

"Höttges told the Financial Times he “will get that money back”. He said: “I am not nervous, I will stay quiet, and do the portfolio transaction when I’m ready to do so. There will be a time when we will do a deal.”
