I made the point of Potential. This Coy is worth a Sp of £20.00+, if they sort the manufacturing. Valued at £29m now. Hopefully their Patents are worth far more than that alone! The trades today were quite small but made a big difference to the price. Takeover? Or, we can now produce graphene for the price of Chips? Not too bothered, only 3.1% of Port - I will add if it goes well. Have a look at Nanoco - another I think is about to take off. Might be wrong again! (Just 2.0% so again not too bothered). Seems to me you have been stung - but I do value your research. These little Coys are always risky, but they have massive Potential. One small point - you criticise their increase in staff/management

You make some very good points but should remember that most people invested here are banking on potential. I don't believe the share price rise today has anything to do with the CFO buying a few shares, so hopefully some good news to follow soon. BoL

Besides bvs, all builders RNS releases have been very +ve. Are we about to return to traditional Per's? If so there is a huge increase in potential share prices for Builders.

Hi Liberalman Sorry for very late reply. You make a good point with your links - UK Builders massively Undervalued so become takeover targets. But the funny thing is that British Builders stay in Britain and EU Builders generally stay in their own Countries - despite (as far as I know) EU Regs applying to all Countries within EU. Germany is making flat pack homes (can't remember names - GUR and Hans Homes - take 1 week to build), Sweden make 3* Glazed (4* - 5*?) homes which get warmer the longer you live in them - without any heating! Horses for courses - Imho the big British Builders will still be there in 10 Years time. What effect of Brexit when housing shortage cannot be solved for 10 Years? BoL

Imho all builders undervalued by a factor of about 2. ie Bwy 2242 - should be around 4484 now. Just published excellent results again. No Builders have produced poor results because market is solid - demand remains strong and the banks are happy to lend. The current PER is around 6.0 (usually 12.0) double PER double Share price. The current PEG is around 0.15 (usually 0.30) double PEG double Share price. Per of 6.0 indicates a failing company ie revenue falling, -ve EpsG ... just not the case! Peg < 1.0 indicates an undervalued Company - if Peg = 1.0 Sp would be over 6* current price. Brexit is just too difficult, now they talk of a transition stage and could lead to an election - if we do ever leave, it could take 10 years or more. Builders are cyclical but when does the next cycle start, 5 Years? In the mean time the builders are coining it in. The Market hates uncertainty but this is massively overdone. One last rant - why have Builders been affected more than any other Sector? The Banking Sector could be devastated - that could affect mortgage availability, so get your mortgage with HSBC, Santander, Yorkshire Bank, Clydesdale (Aus) or just go direct to Deutsche Bank! Just sold £ 10k in bwy - bought the same in bkgh for the Divi, but my system did not tell me about bwy Statement. Still developing my system - trouble is it seems like I'm in a marathon when I have to tie my shoelaces every 5 minutes. I wish anyone who reads this the Best of Luck and bwy has given me the best return of the builders I have invested in.

Hi Josh Gleeson is a strange and risky Coy to me, they sell land in SE England and build a few Houses in the North. They successfully sold off all their Construction sector (as opposed to Household Goods, tw et all!), and as you say they have been doing well. I don't know enough about them, but on my watch list. Similarly gfrd - Construction and moving to house building cos the margin is so much better. I have modified my plan to a £20k Float in Builders and my Companies now include bkgh, bvs and crst. So now 8 Coys to bounce the Float between including bdev, rdw, bwy, psn and tw. I need an intial holding in all of them (say £2k) - not done that yet for bvs and crst, before I can start trading in those Coys. Been trying to find future dates without success. Last were £100 04/12/15 and £100 15/06/16. Infers £100+ around 04/12/16 and £100+ around 15/06/17.

From 742 07/10/16 to 650 11/11/16. Just read 3rd qtr report 26/07/16 which was very +ve and final results on 30/11/16. I will wait until then before making a decision. On the +ve side the fall in exchange rate should help Eps and the last 3 years showed a good increase as final results neared. At least Per/Peg becoming more reasonable.

Daft Note Best to write your message in Notepad - Copy and paste to message board and save Notepad to a file of messages. That way you can easily find out what you said when you get garbage - but most people are helpful - not many Trolls.

Hi John Some people refer to companys by their ticker rather than name so: bdev - Barratt Dev bkgh - Berkley Gp bwy - Bellway psn - Persimmon rdw - Redrow tw - Taylor Wimpey Every company must make Rns's (Regulatory News Summarys) ManStats (Management Statements) to announce their IntRes (Interim Results) FinRes (Final Results) and the date of their Agm (Annual General Meeting). Also there are voluntary ManStats. They follow the following order (normally) from the start of the Company year. PreInt - ManStat before close period when Company not allowed to make ManStat prior to IntRes. IntRes - Interim Results IntXDivDt - The Date on which you must hold the shares to receive the Interim Dividend. ManStat1 - Trading update PreFin - ManStat before close period ... prior to FinRes FinRes - Final Results FinXDivDt - The Date on which you ... to receive the Final Dividend ManStat2 - Trading update, sometimes same Date as Agm My point is the major share price movement occurs because of the RNS. I Bought the 24.7 pence per share Divi for 477 pence per share, the price dropped to 450 ish before recovering to 468 now. So I made 477 + 24.7 - 468 = 15.7 pence per share (but not sold yet). Then Littleaston bought at the low that price say 452. So he bought the Divi, bought some more after FinXDivDt for 452 and now price is 468 ie another 16 pence per share! Share price will probably recover to 475 ish before MStat2 16/11/16. This is according to my system (not checked MStat2 Date and it also said bdev Rns was MStat1 - not MStat2). Hi Littleaston You have made no loss until you sell. This is the basis of my system. I bought a divi of 24.7 pps at 477 - price went down to 450 ish, now recovered to 467. Congrats on also averaging down just after ExDivDate. Win/Win situation ! My point is that in a +ve market there will be a minor surge in Sp (see psn today - MStat2) on most Rns releases, so rather than just chasing Divis, why not chase all Rns's? In this way I have a float of £10K I move between 5 Shares (bdev, bwy, rdw, psn & tw) depending on which Rns coming up next. I am in the process of including bkgh just for divis. Since 01/09/16 Ltbh shows loss of £159 - chase Rns system Profit of £1075. Also in process of increasing float to £20k for next year. Lots of work needed (Spread sheets) to decide whether or not to buy, how long to hold/when to Sell. Also need a Diary spread sheet to say what/when next Rns is. My intention was to Sell £4500 in bdev and £4500 in bwy and Buy £10000 (31/10/16) in psn - pre ManStat2 (increasing Float to £10000), but I won't sell at this price (457) so need to hold until a recovery. I will sell bdev soon, or may have to wait for bdev MStat1 (16/11/16), when Sp should increase again to about 500. Bad planning - I should leave more time for selling after ExDivDate. I will live and learn. Anyway since 01/09/16 Ltbh loss of £453, my chase RNS system profit £883. Management statement, from RNS. Other abbreviations I use for critical dates: PreFin - ManStat pre close period before Final Results (FinRes) MStat1 - Interim ManStat often at AGM. PreInt - ManStat pre close period before Interim Results (IntRes) MStat2 - Interim ManStat trading update FExDiv - final ExDividend Date - the day you must hold the shares to get the Dividend. Don't know what caused the big drop last year. Kept on going down until ManStat 11/11/15, but this was not the case for the prev 3 years. ManStat 18/11/16 pre close period before Interims around 12/01/17.
