My guess is Mr Bird's xtr.l salary is pretty academic to him; but it's his staffs medium term salaries that he's most looking out for, far more so than looking out for his shareholders... Nett effect is the same for us shareholders granted.

Nett nett, we need him to get at least somewhat lucky before he bows out.. he's playing on his 'home' patch.. a patch that's hotly in play now.. and he has a good network of locals.. etc .. so I still have plenty of hope this s/p, one way or other, gets back to 2p+ ish at least, whenever and for however long, in 25/26 window.

Sentiment can change quickly enough: I've seen doggy go puppy... to doggy... to puppy etc..ad infinitum in the AIM game.

Sentiment seems close to rock bottom here now, yet Manica cash will be flowing in for years still...... and the fundamentals are, in the round versus the market cap, very compelling too.... So my guess is the kinda only way is up from broadly around this s/p zone (a copper bull market needed to help fuel this up, granted.. )

PS: I too am a gambler and I too have 2m shares here, Mr Jackbal...(but my average is a bit higher than your impressively low one) .... and the vast majority of participants on AIM are gamblers, whether they recognise it or not.... so I'm not concerned about 'Investors' coming on board here.. just a bunch more gamblers coming on board is required.. starting with amongst the biggest gamblers of them all, Mr Colin Bird, putting his hands into his DEEP pockets and hoovering a

- small bet for him - 10 million plus more of these shares up on the open market soon, please .. to demonstrate his belief in the bright future 'ere!

(I realise that me posting this brings us up to four posts here already today.. seeing a very slim chance of more trades than posts today.. and acorns doing the very opposite of growing into oak trees here, around now at least.. So apols in advance for this.)

I expect March to be the month where the RNS channel with 2025 plans/activity timelines/ budgets..etc - opens up here.. and he thereafter trys to get some momentum going by more regularly RNS'ing into/thru the drilling season etc..

Him understanding that he needs tangibly good progress/news here and such on a fairly regular basis after he's started that ball rolling makes some sense to me in fairness.. hence I'm ok with being patient for a bit longer again here now....

After the spike and retrace phase of the last two days, great if this were now to just tick on up gently over coming days , weeks etc ..

(As 20 p ish is too low on fundamentals now Imho )

A good benchmark here might be to see more trades than posts, for a change ....

I still have high hopes for this.. but not necessarily as a day(ish) traders stock.. which most of the new posters here might easily be.. (good luck to them too.. I have no problems with short term trading players)

Disappointing.- Shocking even- this has come off this much today ... But I’m fine with remaining long and strong here now .. as I now like this a lot as a buy and hold play .. ( and think 18 p ish is too low a share price now )

..they were adding even when this s/p was in the dirt recently... so why not keep adding now..

(And the owner of Mennen is a broad based conglomerate named Redworth Capital ..which has deep pockets...Also it already has Gerium Medical as well as Mennen Medical in its medicals arm alone.)

Generally, while I agree £1 is a long way off here, I don't think 30 to 40 p range should be... not least as II's should like this a lot more today....

( i know fairly exactly what this co is... and it's target market size.. etc.. and I've been in it 6 months ish already.. see my posting history here to prove that ... I thought I was getting in near the bottom in late 20's pback then .. but it tanked on down to 12 p ish .. so including averaging down a bit I was on 20p average here yesterday on a mid sized - for me- bet .. and thinking oh no.. then this morning RNS came out... and I'm then all of a sudden thinking .. oh yes... :-).. almost doubled my bet here thru today so far .. and got my average down a bit further etc.. but I fully get/expect this could rally very big again from here as we go forward now .. etc.. IMHO & DYOR )

(I'm tempted to add more again here this arbo.. but, towards adhering to my 'rules' - I generally have a max position rule of 15k gbp across any stock in my AIM p/f - I may not.. But I've a - strong - feeling I'd/ll regret not adding more again here today....tomorrow... etc..)

Towards continuing to put my money where my mouth is i've topped up again here in the 22 p's..

(I've been trying to stay pretty disciplined here thru this morning ..but, in truth, am now kinda kicking myself I haven't topped up plenty more so far.. especially earlier..)
