One point to pick up on if I may:

'What the share needs is more PI's who want to hold over the medium to long term'

That sounds nice and maybe there's beginning to be a case for that now at the current approx. 3p s/p level, but I'd still only offer maybe instead of clearly on that imho

(And following such a long term buy and hold path historically has been horrendously costly to any 'investor' here so far, without much ongoing averaging down at least, and even with that it has still been very costly, so far. Again, I feel compelled to say the financial performance of this company has been absolutely appalling and even now when there seems clearer and clearer potential from its stable of drugs and delivery technologies, to me this remains predominately a traders shares and I guess there will be plenty of spikes and falls still to come from here forward too. And having as low an average price as possible here is very important imho.. as there will likely be many more shares issued here in 2020 and maybe/probably 2021 too .....and that will significantly further effect the maximum s/p achievable in the future )

Generally, my position here is very small now but I will grow it out somewhat again and my goal is now to get my average meaningfully further down from 3.9p here while not having a bet size of over 5k gbp at any time and taking some profit if opportunity arises on any s/p spike ( At one point I had 15k gbp in this and have luckily done well by trading since but to look have a max of 5k gbp max now is a clear statement on my sentiment here, around this time, at least ... and if you read my previous posts here in last year or two I'm very consistent in my annoyance with this co's financial performance, I hope that perspective changes.….and it might still sometime in the future, granted )

Finally, if I may add an item on next news that you didn't include : I guess that a raise will be announced by the end of Feb here.

Ps: I've kinda given up on those earn out clauses from US business sale now, but I guess there's still a chance of some cash coming in from that , maybe... And that would obviously be very helpful indeed.

Ps In fairness to Viveka, he has recently previously clearly pointed out that further funding will be quickly and ongoingly required for a good while yet here. Indeed I expect a meaningful raise this quarter to allow next planned trials progress thereafter. But they have good latest results in hand now and have strong backers like CMS who understood the journey ahead when they first got involved over a year ago. To me the key question is what price the next raise is at and how big it is. I'm hoping 3.9p is now the benchmark with warrants attached at similar levels to the US raise recently and I'm hoping its for a big number so as to avoid a next raise within 6 months eg 7 or 8m gbp. Also finding an at least medium term new home for those Woodford shares would be a huge thing here asap. With both sorted this s/p could look meaningfully up again, I hope.. until both sorted short term s/p weakness from current 3.75p is clearly a possibility - but not a certainty of course - imho. Also a raise could be at higher than 3.9p too.. and partnerships , takeovers etc always remain a possible outcome that could be announced at any time etc

Having 7k in here that had car crashed in 2019, I'm back topping up here recently towards bringing my average price down a lot thru Dec 19 and Jan 20.

Including the latest addition, I think that assets here clearly not justify a far higher m/c / s/p and I expect 2020 to see news flow that should help this s/p rally decently; not least more revenue generation from later this year.

Caveat: Extremely tricky stock this so DYOR and there's always at least as much hope as expectation in names such as this.

Ps: Director buys in q1 would help a lot here. So please guys, now - I think - you're in 'outside' period get some decent skin in the game here !!!

Very nice to see this rally well today.. and what not on such good news...not least as it was at a very low level recently..

To 'ponce' some shares or not to ponce some in the 4.5p to 5p range was a burning question for me in last hour or so - my b/e is a little under 4p now - and I concluded that poncing a bunch and hoping to buy back later cheaper was the way to go for me... always dangerous if this quickly rallies hard on up from 5p of course .. but I've kept a fair few as a basis for further buying here in the future, whatever..

This could still rally past 5p in this US market morning of course.. I have no idea..

Generally, the 12 to18 month plus prospects here are potentially good imho.. short term from 4.5p ish who knows.. tranches(s) of Woodford shares not being sold into todays rally would be interesting ( maybe a block home for them is in the process of being found for eg)

You could say they're actually selling assets already Glr : furnance sale

Not only is that taking many hundreds of thousands of pounds of costs out it is also raising 1.1m sale value.

In a business turning over very approx. 5m gbp pa that's cumulatively very significant imho.

As well as such - needed - addressing of costs, they're also growing turnover. On top there will hopefully some Solar Winds licencing revenues soon now starting to flow in.

Ps; The worrying Travelex situation we re focus minds again on this as a crucial area for every business.

Truly a majorly growing space and are decently established in it now.

Clearly significant risks here but some opportunity here which both you and fk1 seem to go try hard to ignore imho.

Simon Thompson's recommendations have underpinned a few good rallies here over the many years I been involved with this stock.. indeed I remember one rally that was in the 50% + range .. although a seemingly positive company update was a key part of that too i'd guess ...no doubt in my mind todays rally is umbilically tied to the article you posted.. a good company output update by mid Jan on top and this could properly motor.. hopefully
that's tailwinds as opposed to headwinds for you :-)

IF JPM are going to zero holding then we may have some frustrating times still to come … unless another II(s) takes meaningful amount(s) them en block from JPM in short order .. a la schroders recently..

..obviously good news issued will bring volume trading here which could assist nicely in completion of any remaining unwind exercise.

Altogether it could easily be later this quarter before this has a chance to go back towards/past 5p.

Alternatively JPM may be happy to hold approx. 3% here now.. as there is a good chance 2020 will be a good bottom line year for PPC... and if little selling pressure about this s/p could push on up quickly.

oops: tailwinds even..

nice to see this s/p waking up somewhat at last. Good PoO headwinds helping no doubt, but micro headwinds should be occurring here too. i.e. Q4 update - likely delivered sometime in next two weeks - I expect to be, at least, in line with forecasts... which should be further helpful to this s/p uptrend: 13 to 15p range should be doable in Jan, at least, imho.

Having sold down most of my bet here at 6 ish p previously - towards profit taking - I added back to my rump position here this morning and am open to adding more back as we go. New paradigm here now imho and while 50p shout at end of 2020 is hilarious, 15 to 20p in 2020 would be a great achievement imho... and this co. clearly now has a potentially strong long term future

while I'm always open to tactical trading for part of my position here FK, my core reason for being here - and the majority of my bet is to this end - is that I believe this business can achieve nett profitability at some stage soon(ish). Maybe upcoming financial year will see that, maybe not.. if its a say 50% chance of this then I'm ok with that because if it happens this s/p will multi bag from for eg 1.25p, or from a lower level .. Also I fully understand that If it doesn't achieve nett profitability it may well continue ticking on down and another raise would likely make that a punchier tick on down again... and I'm ok with my loss here widening accordingly.

(Equivalently to its train crash s/p performance for failing to meet its targets, If this was, at some stage, to look to be turning nett profitable this can of course rally hard quickly eg double figures could be doable here in a good/very good case scenario imho )

I can agree with Wass Mo, of course.

This company issued a profit warning 1 MONTH after coming to market approx. 6 years ago and while it has had a few good halves along its AIM Journey so far its overall financial performance has been somewhere between very bad and awful. To back my afore comments up I note the raises and s/p going down from approx. 50p to approx. .5p in that time. (Even by generally farcical AIM standards, that's pathetic)

That said, I happen to think the s/p fall is now overdone. And SR gives me hope here in all sorts of ways. Even if they don't complete on that deal they can introduce new thinking and business opportunities here, and the turnover here is moving back up solidly, which always gives hope, whatever.

If not the next few weeks, certainly the next six months will tell a lot here.

Solar Winds should be getting some traction after 6 months on the market and the revenue of flx generally needs to continue to pick up at decent to good pace. Also costs need to be better controlled and I'm hoping the recent Furnace RNS is a strong step in the right direction to that end.

So I have a clear view that this s/p has a decent chance of ticking up meaningfully - from 1.25p - in first half of 2020. Of course it may not, and, as is the way of things AIM, if it can't find a way of going up it will very likely find a way of going further down, and that could of course be well further down.

So here's very much hoping...and this is indeed a gamblers stock, and hardcore at that, imho..

well called again fk1.. that said I just added another 100,000 shares at under 1.20p towards bringing my average down.. a fool and his money etc..
(I believe this horrendous s/p perf. has a decent chance of being turned around at some point in the not too distant future.. not saying it will be turned around, but the s/p has a decent chance of meaningfully turning up at some point imho.. that said I'm prepared to lose all my BET here )

IF - Woodford? - shares have stopped drip selling this stock can turn properly up again now... back to 4p should be doable smartly.. and decently on again if good news drops..

super senior debt holders - assuming SSN is super senior notes - are of course Institutional grade lenders.. and it makes sense to me that they might dump shares on receipt and such scale dumping could cause the meaningful recent fall from 27 p ish.. this seems good feedback from Mirabaud, thanks.. hopefully it's accurate feedback and very hopefully such all selling is now finished.. if yes, then there is a good opportunity for this s/p to get back in higher 20's in coming weeks.. not least if they announce that new size gas customer.
PS: I'm annoyed by Mr Knott attributing the weakness to PI's.. whatever way I analyse this it looks bad on him. I think /hope he's generally better than this !!
