Indeed IR wouldn't be in a position to comment on which II selling what info Komakino.. and that may well be ditto for previously distressed seven bondholders having save shares and selling them as they see fit, for eg.. so maybe just disregard my previous Q please Agadem.

There are always buyers and sellers at whatever price points this share is at, in fairness... as that what makes a market :-).. but the extent of sellers at all price points we've had so far is both surprising and disappointing to me... but it is what it is.. and the race can often be a long one ..and patience can be a very useful virtue in this game too...

Them not -in line- adding to their holdings in that placing, becoming one or both then selling down /out their previous holding feels a fairly big leap to me ? But you might be right I fully accept.. Have you got other evidence to support this thinking please?

And how does that sit alongside Malcays 'stale bondholders ' dump line for eg?

( my, perhaps easily wrong granted, guess on that was this dump may be to do with Equity in save.l that distressed Seven Energy Bondholders may have gotten back in the day of our Seven acquisition, for eg)

A strong vote of confidence in save.l by abrdn for sure. And i'm extremely thankful that II's such as abrdn are stepping up at this time; as these 'stale bondholders' dumps are big size and it's far from the first time they've occurred.. and without the likes of II's stepping up this s/p would go - very - punchily back down again off the back of them, I expect.. I say this with bitter(ish) memories of this s/p getting smashed via similar such dumps previously.

PS: How many such dumps could be left and when might they finish is a question from me to corporate comms/management for your - much appreciated and usually excellent - next Q's list please Agadem?

indeed komakino .. and that huge numbers of people were involved on signing off on all documentation related to these deals ahead of announcement/relisting, and such wording was still included surprised me a lot, and I see that it was as good news for sure.. but in a convoluted way.. and makes me think that, unofficially, Ministers, around then, defo. wanted these deals to complete when technicalities fulfilled...but weren't ready to say that publicly..and this could be used as a default to the deals comcluding even if there was still 'on the ground' rebellion against those deals around June time .. but, whatever, Save will not release an RNS remotely soon saying that this default has now occurred, is my firm guess.. as if there's no on the ground rebellion against in summer Minsiters would want to be seen to officially sign off for muscle flexing.. etc..

ps if Minsiters were to change their minds between then and June, for whatever reason, then those words may, in reality, be worth little anyway imho.. because that's just the way it works..

I still laugh when I read that 'consent is deemed to have been given' bit.,, and as I've explained my reasons before - twice - i won't bore you all again.. apart from, in summary ,offering that save.l would very likely not look to go down the deemed to have been given path in reality... and I, for one, absolutely not expecting news on this next week.. or next month.. or the month after .... and such news would be when Ministerial consent is explicitly given.... and that would be around the time that everything technically else had been completed, I'd guess.. all imho..

I'm saying this -again - now towards maybe helping avoid trails of 'where is notification of this default action being invoked' .. and ..'it's worrying we haven't had any notification' ..etc.. This is Africa it works how it always works. Ministers will sign off on this when they're good and ready and will not be defaulted into anything..

Sundry o/s racecourse assays have moved on from being very slow to extremely/extraordinarily slow in my mind now.. and I agree it's extremely likely he's sitting on a bunch of them..and plenty here putting sundry positive twists on this is undersatndable.... why not, as that's what - uber -bulls always do....and great if you're right..but the markets are not nearly buying such views currently .. and I fully understand that .. indeed my own guess has, over recent weeks, moved from those assays being 'good average' to 'just average' / 'very average'.... still fully understanding that any degree of average on a large enough scale is ok too, though.. but I further guess that CB might remain very suspicious of the market getting that any degree of average on a large enough scale is ok too.... and so he's perhaps/likely instead looking more towards a large grouped release in whatever shape or form, 'at the appropriate time'.. which could be some time yet.. so some meaningful Africa good news by early March would be very welcome to me here now, very please.

I was open to ading a bit more here, but expected to be doing so into s/p strength with this Putin aggression related oil rally a top of an already great oil price.. but, like many others here today, i'm shocked this is under 5p as I type.. and will actually hold off adding some more for now...ironically, if this was rallying to 5.5p plus around now, I'd add..but i'd rather throw the money at an oiler thats rallying around now instead of this.
(Generally, sadly very few towards none of the bunch of O&g er's I hold are rallying today..bummer)

In 2022 here, I was going to post in a fashion that looked to add balance to this BB. But when the bulls post their ramps away and the bears dont bother posting and instead just runaway and the s/p just goes on down, what the point in bothering doing that :-)

Indeed this s/p is that low versus the proven resources here now that i'd be scared to regularly counter post towards steering that the bulls here could easily be living in fantasy island, in the short term at least. Hopefully they're not though,
and this dog gets taken out quickly in some shape or form for whatever price management will get/take. My best guess is that won't happen, in the next 6/9 months at least and, alas, the most likely reason for cancelling the podcast is placement ahoy in March imho.

For now best I just look in here less and post here less, unless/until this rallies decently.

Thanks for that 'stale bond seller' feedback - via Malcay - Porsche.... That's an interesting expression and makes me wonder will there be another such/similar(ish) 'staler' if / when this s/p goes to early 30's ...and another if/when mid 30's etc .. And given we had such/similar(ish) from 20's p ish down to 6 p ish back in the day, it's amazing they're still about banging out the - very - big sells here/now.. :-)

PS: I'm wondering if Save.l waited until they though that seller had cleared on Friday to release that RNS today .. if yes, that has not gone as well as they hoped so far today, seemingly.. oh well... Also a 12 month implementation for a then one year contract seems strange.. so I understand why AK says both parties might well be for extending/ increasing size etc when the one year is up.. But it shows one more time that most everything 'Africa' takes much time .. alas, also including this s/p moving on up to where it very reasonably could/should be s/p..
So, as ever here, patience a plenty still required here imho..

agree on UKOG .. although I killed it by selling near the top 5 odd years ago when it multi bagged towards 10p.. has been catastrophic since.. and I got into a small hole in once trying to catch that falling knife but traded my way out around b/e then, fortunately .. and haven't been back since..

This one is now a far - far - better BET imho .. and if it goes under 4p i'll be topping up.. I have no real idea if it will or won't go under 4p again .. my average here should be under 4p already this time round but is a bit higher as I've not paid enough attention to this recently.. but that'll change a somewhat now..

100% agree Zaphod... A sense of humour in this game is such a useful thing , makes it plenty harder for the game to drive you nuts.. (or more nuts again in my case)

If the on the ground implementation teams could do better jobs here it would make a very big difference here... but this is genrally third party drilling companies / service providers I expect.. granted ppc employees will work closely with them on the end to end projects.. and they try their best to contract good third party pro's in the first place, no doubt .. new well CoS in the first place is an important factor too of course .. Speaking of, these 3 oil wells we're waiting on are very important here now.. if they, in the round, go well I expect this will tick back up decently.. badly and this can go plenty lower still, sadly.. (There were decent but not great CoS's on these in the first place.. and punchy expenditure involved altogether to undertake these drills too .. I understand)

CH would rather be pretty sure of plenty rich from Zephyr than hopefully very rich from Zephyr imho..
So I don't see this s/p being stellar from here - as has been said here already recently that was the 1p ish to 8p ish journey - but I do see this as a 10 p stock in the pretty straightforward making from here/now, probably/hopefully this year .. and then hopefully on again, slowly and steadily, from there too.. so still a very interesting bet to me, at least.. and so I've added a fair few k back hee recently and might add a bit more again as we go too..

Love the smell of Mullins banging out those X , Y and Z PAID posts.. here's to many, many more of the same !
This stock has been very kind indeed to me over time.. here's hoping for one more time coming again around now..
