Fair play for apologising on 15p WTF2012.. could buy very recently this arbo for just under 16p so not 15p yet, at least.. but you've been very consistent in your calls here for a long time, I feel: wrong more or less ad infinitum is how I see them.. so I stopped paying any real attention to your posting here long ago, so apols if I'm a tiny bit inaccurate in that shout.

Brutal market day today indeed.. and so very small off here is not a bad result, in fairness.. but it's a - seemingly - hideoulsy low s/p already.. so less than 2% off as I type is of little comfort..

Generally, disaster that this share price continues to be, perversely, I'm knda close to deciding on keeping small increment adding here if it goes under 15 p now.. my last scheduled top up is 15.5p but I'm thinking about going a few more again at 1k gbp a pop in 14's, 13's.. if it were to go there.. it may well not of course..and I obviously hope it doesn't.

(Versus plenty of past sticky situations here, these guys still have a relatively healthy cash runaway .. say about a year away from having to do a placing is my current guess.. and they have an ongoing collaberation agreement with Janssen for what is semingly good potential Q-Sphera technology.. with hopefully Janssen picking up many of costs in this collaberation exercie too, with might even help the cash runway a bit ..etc.. and I feel it would be unlucky if this doesn't get a good bounce in some way shape or form in next 12 months.. and transforamtional news is clearly plenty possible too in that window too.
Worst case, I guess they'd get another placing away in early 2023 still.. thing is it could be at a very low price level indeed.. and for a few million gbp only too perhaps.. and that's leaves people with higher averages in huger trouble again anyway.. but, I've had punchy bets open on this previously in worse odds times, and it has bounced back strongly, for a short while only granted.. so an at-very - least one punchy short term bounce may well happen again this time is my best guess.. but plenty of luck involved granted .. and, from my previous general experience in AIM game, i'd say 1 in 5 times in such situations your luck can run effectively totally out in a situation like this is currently in.. but I'm - fortunately - ok with those odds and ok with any huge/total write off scenario that might - unluckily imho - arise in a worst case here too....)

Towards not being accused of 'undermining' any potential rally here, I've decided to be nice to all the bull posters for coming few weeks here AM90 .. (So hereafter, for a few weeks, I wouldn't even mention for eg that you forgot a 'hopefully' in your following sentence: 'The MRE will be in early February' :-))

And I'll even offer that today's s/p fall here is just in line with AIM wide - and market wide to an extent too - falls around this time.. eg Russia and Ukraine related.. and other things too.. etc.. ( although gold stocks as a flight to safety play would be nice at such times...)

This is an important time for the s/p of lnd.. it really could do with rallying decently over the coming weeks...Indeed, towards doing my bit, I'm all of asudden thinking maybe best I just post very intermittently for those coming few weeks here now :-) (big occurrences apart happening here, that is)

i mostly agree Seawolf.. in as much as I guess the s/p will be lower than 45p by this summer.. and lower than 35p within a year of that.. but the lower it goes in 2022 and early 2023 the more chance of a bounce as we get closer to production go live, I accept.. conceptually I like this share though.. and have said previously i'd start small adding here at under 50p .. and then continue to add into any further weakness .. on reflection, including the - likely imho - placementS to come here as well, 40p might be a target where I start to add small here.. but much chance involved in this game and this may not go to 40p/lower at all I fully understand too..

If AK is going to make more acquisitions, and I expect he will do at least one or two meaningful more, then I hope he completes - note the word complete instead of effect btw - them very quickly indeed - eg in 2022 - and then offers that he is now looking to a significant period of non acquisition towards instead complete focus on optimising the businesses that 'now' make up save.l and absolutely delivering the bottom line financials he said he would for these businesses.

The markets default is to be cautious as a rule when a business is in an ongoing flux of acquistion atop of acquisition and debt grow out as part of that journey - even extremely manageable debt grow out as is seemingly the case here granted - especially for an O&G assets in Africa business.

Generally, there are always going to be plenty, rightly or wrongly , that feel for eg 1 that planned periods of 'large' debt pay down significantly curbs dividend potential... and/or for eg 2 that re sale values of traditional O&G assets are going lower again and again year on year as a rule as we transition more and more to green economy.. and/or for eg 3 that we need to wait and see for a period that he delivers what he says he will for every new acquisition he makes before we'd consider buying this share.. and, cumulativily, that's a lot of potential investment money not ready to buy save.l shares 'yet'

PS: In case of any confusion, on a three year forward view I really - really - like this share

I hold a lot of stocks at one time and this is a very small bet for me - 5k gbp so far - in my AIM p/f and so I'm not ready to focus on this to the extent of looking into the financials at anything beyond a cursurory level here currently .. also, again, that is a nebulous and subjective activity at the best of times on AIM generally anyway, where it's really easy to, altogether, end up very wrong.... so,with apologies, I'll not feedback in detail on your posting on this Swingy.. but fair play for doing such analysis and great that people here are having quality detailed financial analysis discussions here.... and this might have makings of a high quality BB too I feel.

For now, perhaps the only useful thing I can do here is stop 'baiting' you Swingy.. which is boring/no fun for me, but if you're taking it to heart then best I stop anyway.

( btw this bet remains a small proportion of my overall AIM p/f.. and would always stay that way..)

troughs used be not much under 25p - ish - and peaks 40p plus ( or 60 or 80p plus occassionally )
so yes I have messed up trough buying royally this time round..

i don't spread bet.. i am a long only cash player.. one strategy i use is sell spikes and buy troughs.. i have used that here a lot over the years..

picked up a few at 16.50p ..

Im not invested here chique, I have BETS in play - on and off- for quite a few years here.. since the horrrendous woodford big holder here days.. this share has been a train wreck generally.. but a range traders dream for quite a while previously too..

(background seller of semi decent overall size gently unloading ...and that mostly into any buying volume that comes along is my guess...and mm's know the unwind has more to go and so happy to keep dropping the price readily..)

And based on your previous experience here, you're right to remain uber cautious about getting back in here imho.. I'm gutted we're in the 17's p here this afternoon and, sadly, I wouldn't bet much against Mr Singhs 15p view here now either.... but who knows really..

And I've only got 2 small bullets left to fire here and that's my lot towards doubling my bet down.. 16's and 15's p shots with those maybe?.. ouch and oh well... at least i've gotten my average down from high ish 20's to low ish..still..ouch..

That said, the company has offerings with good potential and good cash balance in bank...so I still have reasonable hope here.. again though, this share is defo. not for widows or orphans imho .. or probably not retirees who are happy with nice quiet life either, George :-)

But then I looked up the Ford range for sale in UK and saw a cheapest to dearest list along the lines of : Fiesta, Ecosport, Puma, Focus, Kuga, Mondeo, Galaxy, Mustang and GT.

So I propose Mr Colin Bird goes with Ivy Brasserie and Andrew goes with Mondeo in quips around Racecourse sale value the next time please! :-)

to add a good chunk more back here in early 1.70's and /or into late 1.60's, I must admit .. two thing stopping me : there are lots of other rallying share opportunities in this space now to better deploy capital on imho, and most importantly, this doggies doggy current share price is against an extremely favourable poo&g backdrop.. and if that were to change down to just favourable for eg then this could of course potentially fall plenty further. alas.. and add to that that near horizon drilling outcomes are up in the air here still too; great if good drilling outcomes, but there may not be... so, altogether, i've decided to hold off adding back any in the 1.75p to 1.65 p range.. I may easily live to regret that I get, but my dislike of PL will comfort me in being wrong, at least.. ie you shouldn't really be betting on stocks where you don't believe in management (that said 1.50's p here would see me park my dislike of Pl and add back a chunk i'm pretty sure.. as i'd like the feel of that bet here..)

There's some merit in that Swingy post which is nice, and i'd add that you're sarcasm is improving too with the Russell Grant line, so fair play :-)

But my point was and is that your valuations here are fantasy Island ones ( you cherry pick the rose elements here and disregard thorns and you forward predict on what you've cherry picked far too bullishly too.... and that, altogether, adds up to fantasy island stuff... imho )

btw ; I'll not bother looking back on the uber bulls posting predictions over the years here.. but the chart shows this was over 20p a few years back.. were you predicting 1 gbp coming here from 20p down to 2p too.. ot 10 p down to 2p ..etc.. ?

(I've been in 100 plus aimers over the years and I'd estimate that the 'fundamentals valuation' uber bulls have been shamefully wrong 4 out of 5 times and embarassingly wrong in plenty of the remaining 1 out of of 5.. but the tiny amount they have been right on proves anything can indeed happen in this game.. and, in the round, I've fortunately done well in this game , so it's far from all dog stocks I've been involved in, in case you're thinking of firing that one back :-))

While I have sometimes been hard on management here... and other posters here too no doubt, that's not in anyway to say that at 25p ish I do not understand that this s/p is remarkably low versus the resource assests this company has.. Indeed that understanding is stronger than ever - in approx 3 or 4 years on board here - for me currently.

So, with the gold resource soon to be officially meaningfully upgraded I'd be very disappointed if there's not a rally of some sort here starting soon and continuing on into February, in anticipation of that Feb MRE.

(What that MRE shows will thereafter dictate plenty of what happens to the share price then, I understand .. but 25p ish s/p versus fundamentals here seems joke low currently to me, full stop.)

Retraces are part of almost every shares journey .. but that can often just be noise from for eg short term traders activities..

I'm confident that, in due course, the 20's p will be looked back on as a steal here.. and 30's p not that dissimilar to 20's p too.. patience and an acceptance of some volatility are key ingredients here, granted.

great to see this baby waking up somewhat recently.. I like this share a lot as it has been very good to me over the years.. lots of range trading opportunities and I've no problem sitting on a portion of my bet as long term buy and hold too.. only sat on a small few k through recent quiet months but have started adding back again here recently.. wish i'd added more in 3p's now though..oh well and if the chance presents itself via a small retrace here soon, i will happily grab some more..

welcome on board chique...this used be a god send for range trading .. a lot less so in more recent times, alas..wtf's 'so frustrating' kinda sums this up more recently.. oh well.. fortunately, this owes me nothing at this stage, but I do feel hugely for long term buy and holds so far here.. it has ben a mare for them.. this is a fuuny old game though and a phoenix can still rise from the ashes here..very hopefully.. and sub 20p absolutely feels cheap top be ..but this remains a text book very high bet .... and patience is a must here too.. all imho and dyor
