I've never found it hard to be loyal to and patient with this share as,conceptually, I can clearly see huge opportunity for profitable new business wins here..

i know this has been a super tricky journey so far, including Co-vid and plenty more besides/before.. but the s/p at 3p reflected those set backs more than fully and was simply very low imho.. and 4p for eg here would be just a so what in my mind .... and wake me up at 5p so I could actually start paying attention again to this in my p/f .. and posting more here too

Kinda agree with your comment there Duster.. firstly, I think this can fairly readily tick on up slowly ahead of meaningful next news.. the meaningfulness of that news will dictate short term tick up ability then..eg Nigeria Debt re finance news and/or bottom line reveune progress there could help this push on up nicely too.. but those two deals awaiting completion - won't complete at the same time perhaps.. although ministerial sign off of both a same time could mean they do... and ministers sign off when everything else tick boxed first, my guess.. so June, hopefully, another guess - will hold this s/p back fairly meaningfully from where it might otherwise be if they completed those deals at time of relisting for eg.. also the chance of another deal or two this year has got to be a decent one here.. and what terms for what assets a big thing again for them etc..and when they complete etc.. so 'very hard to say really' would be an understatement imho:-) ...but saying 'very hard to say' is boring.. and 'a mans gotta have a view' .. but a half a view is all I got right now here, alas: altogether, If this is around 55p by late summer i'd be thrilled ... and I'd be surprised if this is not over 35p by late summer ...

lab delays are one aspect of the slowness ...CB looking to present them in the way he feels works best is another aspect.. imho.. so putting both together is slowness atop of slowness.. aka slowness squared !

(again, I guess the best they'll, in the round, be is upper end decent and the worst they'll, in the round, be is lower end decent.. if what they've had back so far - and theey've had a chunk more of them back than RNS'd now, I believe - were looking, in the round, good or very good we'd have had some news on them already in recent previous weeks.. imho)

The share price has performed so badly for years now urban racer , that lies, truths or whatever seem kinda acdemic to it to me.. and it performed awfully for years before John Henry was ever heard of on this BB..

(eg managment feel there's a decent chance this business will achieve an acceptable to them sale price late in 2023.. or maybe in 2024.. or pehaps 25.. ) But a new CEO and Bill moving back to Chairman is something I'm now feeling should happen in q2 2022.. if we're not sold by then, of course.. and expecially if a big next phase gold drilling program is announced soon ish

I'm entitled to mine too; and, in the round, I do not have a problem with John Henry's posting here.

For some context on that: I've said it many times and I'll say it again, beyond drilling successfully which is crucial granted, I think this management team are rank amateur and have never been remotely held to account for their amateurishness.. you've been here something like 12? years now and the s/p performance speaks fro itself in that time, for eg..

One clear eg of their amateurishness is delivery of whatever versus timeframes originally offered, I know some things are out of their control but they've got to be getting wiser at factoring 'things' in by now.. and certainly they need to feel that they're actually even somewhat accountable for slippage in timelines.. and if all we've got is just the chance they read this BB, then John Henry firing out such hard questioning - maybe sometimes misguidingly but certainly sometimes not imho - and them getting even a little bit that plenty of shareholders are angry for sundry reasons here is fine by me..

Finally, I'm far more interested in this s/p going to 100p plus than I am in this BB being 'ruined' or not and the s/p has performed appallingly for kinda ever imho.. and the management team of lnd. l absolutely needs to address that however in 2022 or be shaken up hard imho..

I bet on - plenty of - Aim oilers only, normally.. and thought that experience to be mad generally.. and then, off the back of that stonking RNS I read at 7.30 am ish, I buy in here for the first time ever this morning and see thru today that this punk is much more mad again than your average AIM O&G share :-)

(Pleased with myself waiting for early spike to fade a bit towards 8.30 ish and getting to buy a first tranche in the 28's p instead of early 30's .. even more pleased I got to top up in 27's soon enough after.. thrilled with another top up later in the 26'sp.. confused and mildly concerned when topping up later again at 25p.. significantly concerned when topping up again later in 24's p .. and very concerned when topping up in 23's at end of day .. oh well .. and this would have been a 5k gbp max punt for me.. and even in topping up small I'm a bit past that already now and nicely down.. oh well.. am now thinking this will be closer to a 10k gbp punt for me.. and me hanging around in this share for a good while to whether I like it or not.. oh well.. good news is I've got fairly deep pockets, fortunately.. and so I look forward to going again and again and again tomorrow at 1k ish gbp a pop. ..and smiling about it and the posts here as best I can .. and hoping for the best 'over the piece'.. and consoling myself that its certainly not boring here in terms of s/p action or BB posts, so thats something.... and it's rare I laugh out loud at BB posts like I did at some corkers today - Ironhide's one along the lines of ..if my job was talking this down, I'd be very good at my job, at least.. the pick imho :-) - so thats something more, at least.. and, more generally, great to be on board here and good luck to all fellow holders !! )

I kinda get what you're saying crawshaw.. but that is the official closing price, arrived at by the closing auction algorithm... There is a pre open auction pre 8 am where regular pi's like me don't play and where an 'anomoly' price like this should see more buys in it than sells and so at 8am 'open' price is I agree unlikely to be have a bid offer mid point of 5 p ish.. but that does depends on that pre opening auction action and the UT value it generates .. ( that's my undestanding anyway and happy to stand corrected) PS: Even a mid point around 5.4p or 5.5p ish might now happen at 8 am - post pre market auction - open and that's a lot better buying opportunity than 6p ish midpoint of just before closing auction today for me :-)

totally shocked this ended the day at 5p.. I looked at 4,15pm ish and over 6p.. that's a 15 ish per cent fall in or around closing auction .. wow .. as in ouch .. must have been some really sells in closing auction .. but I'll add more in early 5's in morning if I can..

There is often hard hitting truth in what John Henry posts here imho..and I think he adds value to this b/board in his own way.. and I'm all for him continuing to post here as he sees fit..

The potential here seems clearly very large indeed to a newbie like me -only in this a few weeks and smallish size still, partly because my average price is, through my own slopiness, higher than it should have been - and I can genuinely see why some would say 8 p or 10 p is on the horizon here ..

I've added more this afternoon after adding this morning too.. but, again, not happy on how well I'm buying this as on the way up so far .. and my average price should easily be 15 per cent lower .. so I very much hope 8p to 10p range is as readily doable here as some seem to think it is.. as 7p ish, while nice, is a bit so what for me now..8p at least I feel - aka hope- may be readily doable, please...

JW Hudleston selling seemed the basis of 'the problem here' in many peoples minds last year AM90.. various reasons thrown out why he sold - distressed seller , investing instead in family related business ..etc.. - but my view remains the most likely scenario is this: he's a lot closer to BH than you or I are.. if he though there was a meaningful sale transaction even semi likely early this year he just wouldn't have sold the lot out whatever in second half last year.... the slowness of progress in getting the resource proved up to where it easily can be and absolutely needs to be to get BH a price he thinks is fair value for his 'baby' is the real 'problem'.. JWH selling down is just one manifestation of that.. BH or other board members or other industry expert wealthy Pi's - eg ES ilk - or II's not moping up large parts of JWH holdings off market or equivalently in the 24 to 29p 'steal' range another manifestation.. ie they all know this race still has a ways to run.. and ie.. a big further drilling campaign for gold will be announced after MRE release in Feb imho..

( my view on buyers from ealy 20's to late 20's is that many who bought in here in the distressed earky 20's were small / mid scale traders .. who dumped and ran in mid to late 20's .. hence why we're threading water again in the mid 20's now.. but hopefully the MRE, both anticipation of and actual content of when releaaed get us wel into 30's ..etc )

Perhaps you've so progerammed your mind on a corporate transaction being imminent - and great if there is one of course - that you're interpreting as you do .. I certainly don't think you're purposively trying to mislead in your potential selectivity here, in fairness.... and you're content here is, altogether, excellent, no doubt..

Again, this board seriously lacked balance in 2021 imho.. and I - and others now too seemingly - will look to add that balance here this year.

Another top up for me this morning .. focused on others on friday and so missed out on rally here and me adding more in 4's p.. damn and oh well.. that'll be about grand less I'll end up with in here in total because of that I expect.. but i'm open to adding small increments more in late 5's p and into 6's too.. (if goes were to kindly go back to 4's p i'll add punchily for sure) When they release latest forward rev. targets, 8 to 10p range should be fairly readily doable here quickly, I'm hoping

I feel I should be surprised with CB's latest strategy shout of looking to sell up Bushranger this summer ish - after very little Ascot drilling apart from bare minimum - as he eloquently fedback in that recent interview.

But CB's strategies can be fluid, from my experience.. and it's a good negotiating play he has made by saying what he said in that interview.. and he'sd always looking towards helping the share price too.... and a higher s/p is almost always more useful than a lower one, for sundry reasons.. and of course such an outright sale for a fair price in CB's mind may now happen in summer ish.. and fine by me if it does.. but if, for whatever reason, it doesn't, then Ascot could still readily get much more meaningful exploration drilled in second half of this year, still...

Generally. a kinda fascinating thing with CB is that you're never even nearly sure what he'll say or do next.. that keeps all and sundry on their toes !.. which is useful in some ways.. and CB does indeed change his mind as he goes more than occassionnally, I've found.. so who knows really..

this is starting to look like semi decent buy terrority now.. and so have added small more back this morning..but only a few small increment buys - back- for me so far since gone back under 2p.. at under 1.75p I'd add more punchily.. and at under 1.50p I 'd add seriously punchily.. be very surprised if it goes under 1.50p, in fairness.. but you just never know with this mongrel..
