I accept the warrants dont have to be in the money to be exercised .. ( i didnt actually say they did)
But one of us is WRONG in our core understanding here :
eg I do not believe the company has a choice on what warrants are exercised when but you do believe they have?
If its me, i apologise , if its you .. etc

Where did I say anything about having to sell the newly issued stock after exercising the warrant John Henry? .. If/When converted into stock its like everyone elses stock and they can sell as when they choose ..

Also Is it not up to the Warrant holders to decide whether and when -ahead of expiry - they exercise the warrants they hold and the not the company to decide? So when you say the company will raise 4m gbp by warrants , is it not out of their control what they raise or don't ?..And up to whoever holds the warrants to decide if /when they come forward to exercise - ahead of expirty-and how many of those warrants they hold they want to exercise etc.. eg they might decide to exercise a portion only .. or none .. or all ..etc

Also if the exercise price on the warrants was for eg 20 p and the s/p was lower than that around the time of expiry more would be inclined to let the warrants just expire instead of exercising ?

Happy to stand corrected on any or all of above, of course.. and I've said all this from old memory only.

Its either a sale of some sort or warrants exercised and or raise - via a partner investing even - in the next few months.. and my guess remains no sale here in next few months...

(big hitters very happy to put more in here i'd expect, and why go near the open market to do that when you can do it for much - much - less off market, one way or other)

In response to part of it, I offer that my view is that he expected the s/p to be 35p + now off the back of that fine MRE and maybe/hopefully he have serious sale discussion(s) in play now too.. and even if the sale process wasn't fruitful at this time, it would be lined up to be the next time round in 9 to 15 months time, and the warrants would be so in the money around now that most all of them would be exercised over March/April/May.. and those and current cash would take care of a good sized 2022 gold drilling plan, if no sale around now.. but with the s/p 'on its knees' instead around now my guess is no sale this time round.. and he has recently been scrambling about trying to figure what warrants will be exercsied and what placing alongside too might be required .. and the players who put up the big money here are loving their position of strength and trying all sorts towards as low a price as - altogether- possible to add more money in here.. i.e. Bill's in the process of being wallied as i type... But I could be completely wrong.. and GREAT if I am !

Some Warrants may get exercised over coming few months and some not.. and the lower the s/p goes the fewer get exercised? So of course you can have a placing soonish and some warrants getting exercised over the coming months too?

The management team need to tell us what their exact plans for funding/drilling are for at least all of 2022 promptly now.. It is March now !! ...And/or if they are in discussions re some sort of sale then they should say as much about that as is legally/counterpary allowable asap too.. as even early stage discussion notification without any real colour would be good for this s/p too.

(This s/p is an utter disgrace really and management are supposed to protect the share price in a reasonable fashion.. I believe they can do a lot more to this end ( and should have done a lot more to this end previously too.. but you can't change the past.. so learn and do better going forward )

As this continues on down, the fundamentals here shout at me to add more to my holding here.. indeed a now sub 25 m gbp market cap feels utterly farcical to me for the proven gold assets alone here.. not to mind the proven battery metals.. and not to mind the probable loads more of both still to be proven on top too.. but my head tells me to wait for management to give a clear steer on exact plans/funding here befoe seriously thinking about adding more here.. (I'd also like to understand how management expect to show more compotence in areas beyond drilling too )

Double figures upon us indeed.. and this s/p is starting to get even me somewhat excited now.. Here's hoping for much more from here though.. and why not, as the potential here seems very large !!

i just sold 100k shares at a small loss.. apols.. but I'm hoping for a good RNS soon from zephyr soon and if yes I'll be adding that and more from other toppings there.. ( Including Atome well back up and that news yesterday.. this at 1.55 p ish now is sad to me.. and with O&G at the prices they are at I should be happy not sad.. I'll still keep a few grand in this whatever and am open to adding if/when I feel a meaningful/sustainable rally is afoot here.. )

(must admit I'm somewhat tempted to add more here with the s/p under .80p to buy.. but as still v close to my .81p recent buys best I hold off.. hopefully for the long suffering here it doesn't go lower.. but I'd likely bite off a bit more if it does..)

Samval kindly reminding me of the market crash in March 2020 when Co vid first seriously visited us is a useful thing.. that crashed most shares for a while .. so any 'manipulation' etc around then a complicated subject to get into imho..

(That 'exceptional' 9p level as that TMS piece start of their range pick is an unhelpful one generally .. and the off the back conclusion of current s/p being a good rally versus the good drilling results achieved an even more unhelpful one..)

I must admit I've played this badly this time round.. only had a few k placeholder left in this after selling down in rally up towards 60p about 6 months back.. and thought hard about adding at 40 p ish and indeed at 45 p ish too subsequently.. but didn't, alas.. so likely path left open to me is to sell down slowly into strenght north of 50p here .. and/or hope to add back if this retreats punchily.. (this share is good for range trading generally imho)

Re possible sale of asset(s) soon :

That second half of that TMS quote I previosly pasted, at first, shocked/annoyed me :

I'd like to just dismiss it as a joke...but, as already mentioned, instead used it as an aid to me in ongoingly re adjusting down my expectations here..and another angle might be that perhaps some prospective buyer reads that and thinks it's worth a low ball bid here now then... and I guess such a low ball bid would at least put this 'in play'.. and other bids may surface off the back.. etc,, but BH might well say don't insult me please to any/all even semi low ball bids - it's not just about a bid/bids being received it's about what BH deems a fair value bid/bids being received, of course - .. and so BH would continue to prove up until what he deems a serious offer is made.. and with very significant drilling readily justifiably still to come here, then even including the warrants that might or might not be exercised and some cash still in bank, towards having a good cash buffer -including for eg towards contractors wanting forward payment certainty before committing - I still see a strong chance of a placement at least relatively soon here..

this is starting to wake up nicely now.. CPR to come soon, hopefully .. and that seems likely to add more buying again here.. so this could, hopefully, rally strongly quickly in March imho.. So I did another top up here this morning.. and am open to doing more if/when real s/p strengh kicks in here soon (hopefully) ...

Over the year that I've been involved in this share , Brasso is the best poster I've come across here by a LONG way.... and listening to him saved me a bunch of money here ...and he should of course post only as he sees fit imho..

Personally, Im going to try and look more to the positive than negative for at least a while - and hopefully longer - here now..

Speaking of, if you'd asked me this morning to guess how much this s/p would go up today.. i'd have offered, given it has gone as low as 1.40's... 20 per cent minimum.. And I was genuinely pleasently surpised how good the news in that RNS was, especially versus the bad news pretty likely across those drills I was expecting..

BTW the following rang - are you sure - alarm bells when I read it :

That Jan 2020 9p s/p figure shocked me in its lowness sense .. but it might be correct from a glance at the HL Lnd s/p chart now, granted.. however, the s/p chart on this website hasn't been readjusted for prior to that 20 times consolidation in Aug 2020.. and from it I make it about .7p ish times 20, which is 14p ish then.. which feels more correct to my memory.. whatever, this range was perhaps picked to feed into an agenda they have to show it has appreciated well over 2 years stilll, I guess.. and ait t least helps me with my downgrade my expectations process here , which I have ongoingly being doing for 6 months ish now.... something I've felt the need to do to stay the journey here, alas.

perhaps it's a fact that the wide variety of production issues that ppc generally experiences occur somewhat more over Argentina Summer than Winter months ?:-)
