new tax year starts tomorrow .. equals a new ISA allowance for PI's to invest/bet..

And I'm guessing an RNS with more good news than bad - perhaps much more good than bad - drops here in one of next 3 mornings..

(Assuming he doesn't sell part of or all the co. in the next few months.. and he may still do of course, and great if he does ...and a new meaningful drilling campaign with new 'raised' funds is to be embarked upon.. )

It's guys like you Urbanracer and you Mads .. and say a group of 10 or so PI's that together hold say 10% plus of Lnd's issued stock - plenty of such a 10 might well post on this BB .. eg Samroy holds a lot I think.. AMC maybe .. etc .. if they shared this view too of course.. they may not.. etc..- might look to represent to BH that there needs to be a much stronger focus on 'marketing' to potential investors WHO BUY ON THE OPEN MARKET i.e. not jump on board for the next discounted 'off market' placing only here, and this likely including a new member of the Managment team too.

As BH's key stockholding 'mates' - Eric Sprott for eg is a mate too now I'd expect - will vote anything BH wants, i'd guess.. 'constructively suggestively' would be the only way to go about this.. BUT he needs to get a clear and united message that much more/better marketing of this share to the PI Investment community is absolutely necessary here now ( all imho )

BH can employ a Marketing Director for say 200k ish gbp a year mads and share options to encourage performance .. or a new CEO for 350k ish gbp and share options too.. one not both required.. if there is a significant next drilling campaign to come in 2022 it will either be funded by Warrants and/or a raise.. and it will be 3 to 5m gbp ish 'raised' I'd expect ( to add to what cash they still have in the bank currently ) .. to dedicate a few hundred k of this to either a new CEO or Marketing Director is money well spent imho.. (ps BH should take a say 25% pay cut too towards cross subsidising this new employee imho.. as he would be passing part of his previous role on to this new employee )

...And - again - at least half the M/C of xtr.l is likely attributable to African assets..

As my guess is there is still plenty/ a lot more drilling to come at Bushranger and it will - hopefully - be paid for by xtr's African assets I'm not at all concerned about repeating that point here again :-)

(Generally, until the - 10's of ? - thousands of posts on the greatness of bushranger, by those who 'are here for Bushranger' - hopefully - translates into something beyond little for the xtr.l s/p.. it can't be too much to ask for that respect ?.. and still/so far/ for a long time now the greatness of Bushranger remains largely missed by the wider market, alas)

That reminds me for the nth time the extent of the strong story / opportunity for large share price appreciation here Samroy..

The CEO - or High Quality Marketing Director - needs to out presenting widely in sundry formats to get PI's to look into this stock.. especially deep pocketed buy and hold ones .. because the fundamentals versus the share price here are now so far apart that many, after investigation, would see this at a - very - strong buy anywhere in the 20's p imho..

Lots of AIM companies have little to shout about in truth and so you'd understand their Directors keeping a low profile - although plenty still shout about theirs anyway, because if the Directors don't show enthusiasm widely then PI's just won't even look at the company - but Management here have a great story to tell and have got to do so much more in the broadcasting that story sense here.

So, if there is no sale in coming few months here, and instead meaningful further drilling campaign(S) - eg Gold and Nikel - pressure has got to be brought to Bear to on BH to get a CEO or Marketing Director in to SHOUT ABOUT the - compelling- story here... because there has been PROFESSIONAL INCOMPETENCE widely on display in that sense for Lnd.l for plenty of time now imho.. And BH has got to feel some pressure to wake up to this:

Versus the latest Gold MRE and the Battery Metals on top the s/p is beyond disgraceful here now and BH has a professional obligation to address that.

Vog.l Insolvency/delist not the best answer for RSM and generally here imho.. so my guess is vog.l is not dead.. huge set back from an already weak position granted..so a BIG mess whatever.

(I only had 2 odd k gbp left of my bet here so I feel 'lucky' to the extent I didnt chase it down at least.. but have lost good few K more too altogether here.. still, that's the nature of the games I play in AIM O&G.. and I wouldn't have had Rose/Zephyr in 2021 and plenty of other big wins previously without playing such games.. but I feel sorry for anyone who has large exposure here , of course.. AIM O&G can be a brutal game.. but mathematical probability / bet spreading across multiple names can help a lot imho.)

Generally, I'm fine with being patient here.. and if I could add some at .75p ish later in April I may well do..

i understand the potential is very large here and to that end I started, by small increment, building out a position here from early March.. fortunately I've only put 3k gbp in so far....

The placing itself makes good strategic sense to me, but for assets with such potential for strong revenue in the relatively near term, the discount from current s/p is approaching shocking to me .. and I'm in a lot of such stocks and have seen a lot of placings, naturally.. and all things considered, again this is, at best, a poor placing price imho.. but we are where we are and in a few months time this will be well forgotten, I'd expect.. and if i hadn't bought some previously at around .90 p ish - which I did when I started buying - I'd certainly buy some now at that that price.. but as i have recently previously bought a couple of tranches around this range, i'm now just going to watch and see for a while before I think about adding more here..

a good news RNS from ppc.l at 7am on April 1st, followed at 7.45am by an amendment RNS to that original RNS with Pl offering that the good news 7am RNS was an April fools joke.. disregard that 7am RNS and here's the corrected one with bad news instead ? :-)

If true, I guess Management could feel very low ball offers to be that meaningless that our Nomad accepts that they aren't material and so don't need reporting to market..

But as this s/p price is so awfully low, even the knowledge of an offer for say 35p or 45p or 55p etc a share - with the company dissmisses immediately as far too low - might help investors and or speculators decide to buy in here?

Indeed towards tying in with ChazC's point : the management team here have done an extraodinarily bad job in defending this share price, especially in the last 9 months, imho... and all things considered, especially given the now disgracefully low s/p, I can't see it hurting much whatever if the co said that bid x, y or z were received but rejected out of hand.. and it could easily help get some buying happening here.. again, especially as this s/p is abjectly low versus fundamentals now ?

Apt that Wednesday was the day Sheffield and FOG signed for this strategic investment... and United I feel I should stand with Sheffield ...so I've added back a couple of tranches to my - recently - smallish position here early this morning.. and will likely add more as we go.. I'm happy to add more by increment into further s/p stength as my average is still in single figures here..

The more I read an think about this, the more I understand that much closer to first production is the time to be meaningfully in this share, far more so than around now, imho..and saldy this could of course go a lot lower then 7p in 2022.. hopefully it doesn't, of course.. and anything can happen in this game, no doubt.. eg mining licence granted soon enough and this rally strongly off back.. etc

Once again here.. it's Jam tomorrow.... lots of it even/maybe/hopefully.. this share would certainly try the patience of a saint :-)

But, still happy to remain fairly patient here... that said, pleased I did sell a third of my position down around mid 20's towards profit taking/ trading this a bit.... always keep a decent core holding here though.... as the potential remains huge here imho.. it's just taking a lot longer than expected to tap it properly.. is the angle i'm going/sticking with, at least .. and I'm still excited by this share..

(but not ready to add back what I - trading wise - took out here in mid 20's yet.. If/when they can give a meaningful new sales announcement then I'll start adding back..I don't expect this to go as low as single figures btw.. under 12p would surprise me a lot even.. but you never know anything for near sure in this game, of course)
