there are people waiting for 10 or 15 or more years for some sort of sale event here.. so nothing, sale wise, is close to nailed on in the next for eg year here I'd suggest, alas..

and the share price - as mads has well pointed out - has, on average, altogether declined masively over such a long time now.. and that against a backdrop of ongoing strong resource prove out over time.. most would have no problem if this s/p, on average, ticked up even extremely slowly as resource was proven out here .. the fact that in a macro sense its trend is hard down ongoingly is where many might have a problem.... it's not just about patience, it's also a psychological challenge of - without averaging down - a mark to market position that goes deeper red every year you're involved here..

I've held many many AIM stocks over time - 30 plus currently - and plenty have been dogs, some gone to zero even and some gone through the roof too, fortunately and altogetherI've done well.. and, braodly speaking. I understand why all these played out as they do/did... this s/p is one that i think I've struggled the most to understand.. hence I categorise it as one of the most annoying shares I've ever been in .. that's not a good label to have, I promise !

That could be any time in April of course.. and including workings on exact average oil price achieved, it could even be May when we are RNS notified of this ? ( 114,000 approx barrels of oil lifted/sold absolutey is a meaningful event for zen.. and will of course need to be notified in a timely fashion after 'full' - including exact average price achieved process - completion)

I'm bored of waiting for meangful news here..understood it's Africa, evevrything takes a forever, seemingly.. and this is still the most likely next meangful news here, perhaps..

There is lots more Gold fairly readily provable up here imho mattja - and i'd guess the same for Nickel but have never looked at that angle here - but what's the rush proving up more Gold if the more you prove up the lower the share price goes.

Lithium on the other hand is in the most extrordinary fashion now, and - per RNS mention today - other explorers in Ontario have a keen focus on it now and I'm guessing - aka hoping for them - their s/p is on average relatively plenty stronger than Landore's and so management here might think we likely have plenty more lithium provable up here if we want so lets try that angle now.

Thats logical thinking, in fairness .. not least if the power of marketing your existing successes in Gold is lost generally on a bunch of technical people that now run Lnd.l

(PS: BH is probably in LARGE shock about this share price performance off the back this latest - fine- Gold MRE upgrade results.. and indeed generally for years now.. He's a technical guy who most of his life understood the world as : the better the resources picture grows the higher the s/p goes.. and him living through the seeming opposite of that in his late 70's early 80's must be very disheartening indeed for him.. Again, marketing to AIM PI's towards them even hearing about and looking into lnd.l in the first place - and then more on market buying occurring as a rule here - means little to him as a concept even, I guess )

And any meaningful work will start after funding is sorted out ( unfortunate the spring thaw is late this year :-) ) The more warrants are converted the less the need for a standard placement alongside.. a chunk of both is my guess.

SprortBilly has previously given us a heads up that Sprott for eg may want a focus on battery metals resource prove out for his him to meaningfully convert his warrants. This RNS suports that feedback imho..

Altogether, this mornings RNS gives me stronger confidence in my views - aka guesses - on how this plays out ..(outlined plenty here already )

There's always a chance of some sort of sale or JV around the Gold resources now proven here - sometime after this May report - but my guess remains there won't be any such sale/JV in 2022 and there will be a fairly meaningful additional gold drilling campaign and a fairly meaningful lithium drilling campaign too.. and there will be between 3m and 5m gbp rasied - via warrants and or placement - to sit alongside whatever will be left in lnd.l bank account in summer to fund these campaigns, and the raises completed in total by July at latest.

PS: My big issue remains the restructing of the lnd.l management team towards far more focus on marketing to PI's here.. and sucession planning /refreshing etc too (this marketing to start after off market raises completed, towards getting more PI's buying/holding via on market purchases here)

So much for my guess on RNS in the first 3 days of the new tax year.. if there was good news, then that would have been a good time to deliver it imho..

and, alas, these two posts below by Brasso and DRichi both have strong merit in my mind.. but hopefully ppc will surprise us in a good way on status feedback RNS on these 3 wells, for a change.. sadly long history here indicates that the altogether news on these three wells, given the delays in feedback, might easily be be average at best with poor or bad more likely again even.... I'd be fine with taking average now, in truth.. and the s/p not come decently off and we then look to Paraguay/ higher O&G prices effect across ppc's production generally.. etc..

they feel the need to say that in the same way you - sharehead- feel the need to say:

it's only 3k gbp, Tanzania .. so no worries whatever..

(save.l is my key africa focus O&G play.. and that bet is currently 20 plus times bigger than this.. in truth I only bought this as part of a multi buy -smallish exposure to each -strategy towards playing math probabilities .. but I'd still have expected to have up to 10k gbp in each of those say 10 smallish cap O&G'ers ..gotten to by slow incremental buying.. but it's plenty harder for me to see me getting to that 10k gbp bet here now than it was in Jan for eg.. but that view could change of course.. great if it does )

i'm new to holding this share but did look at it previously and didn't bite as big delays to most everything seemed engrained .. granted it's African and everything is slower to happen there as a rule than Wester Worlders generally can conceive - i've been in a bunch of African AIM O&G'ers for a long time and have my eyes open further to this fact again and again and again .. etc.. as I go - and I'm thankful I've only bought small/slowly here so far and certainly do not currently see that plan changing after recent news.. and history tells me that the latest - November - drill start is a long way from nalied on .. and if it's missed then rainy season might well dictate start delay well into next year etc..

Generally, I considered this a tricky share when I slowly bought my few k's worth in early 20222..and am now leaning toward very tricky as opposed to tricky and may well be open to adding in an extremely slow/ by small increment fashion only here, if at all in the coming months..

apols.. and that's about the the third time over the years I've made that AIM listed mistake here... there should be no furture in such stupidity on my part.... very fortunately, my altogether history of trading such 'tinpot'- apt expression, hence i steal it here now :-) - company shares says differently, so far at least .. granted, you're no more than a short distance from whatever next car crash in this game..

agreed - MLS- the volume/liquidity here remains generally appalling/farcical, sadly ..

Because of the history here this is still seen by the market generally as a Trotters Indepenedent Traders type share imho..

(i'm far more into O&G AIm'ers than metals Aim'ers btw Mattja.. and , fortunately, am far better at that than I am at metals.. so far anyway.. thought i'd have to pivot far more into metals AIM'ers in 2022 and onwards, as the green transformation was killing O&G AIM'ers but the tyrant that Putin absolutely is does give a few more years of hope for being long AIM O&G now.. and ironically I've been pivoting back into O&G and away from metals in Feb. and March and April too, no doubt.. but I'll keep a decent core holding here whatever.. not nearly as much as I'd like it to have been, perhaps .. unless BH 'gets real' in one form or other soon here..

hopefully the plan here is a triple course - or quadruple even, walk on with hope in your heart :-) - menu of good news RNS's , in short order....

This a light starter.. next a heavy main course of Tunisia stored oil, large sales revenues to be announced in coming days.. and then a rich Desert.. and ideally also Port /Cigar to finish: Tilapia and/or Tunisia new deals agreed

Worst case scenario or not - some 'patient folk' might say not - the more interesting thing to me is having a stab at the probability of a raise versus a sale/JV..

Also you also focus on further Gold drilling only mattja.. I note that if sportbilly's recent feedback is correct then Sprotts warrants conversion is about Nickel drilling more than Gold drilling for eg.. and my altogther view on the - slightly - more likely reason for the delay in status comms. here - versus a sale or JV - is around Directors figuring what warrants are being converted and what driling 'guarantees' alongside for some of these conversions are required too.. and what other drilling is also deemed appropriate.. and what more funds beyond warrant conversion may or may not then be required .. btw any figure between 0 and 4m gbp worth of warrants can be converted versus expiring this summer ? eg 1,234,567 gbp worth might be converted and the rest not .. and that figure for eg versus 4m gbp for eg might leave a 'funding gap'..etc..

Is the argument used by Directors generally in possible raise ahoy situations not that it's really all about the sell out price achievable for the assets Samval.. and raising a few million at 20p versus 30p for eg is a small thing versus proving up another for eg 50m gbp worth of sell on value for the drilling undertaken via funds from that raise (I include Warrants at 20p in that btw.. that's new share issued just like a standard raise)

Great if you're right btw Chaz .. but history of playing this game widely- including in this name for a fair few years now- makes me offer that the mathematical probablility of a raise - via Warrants and/or Placing - soon instead of some sort of sale of assets or JV here is far greater than many here are interested in allowing themselves to recognise - because it doesn't suit their hopes/dreams - imho. There are many metals explorers listed on AIM, what per cent get bought out in a given year? (I dont know the correct answer but bet large it's a very small per cent indeed.. I'm in Amur.l btw and waited for years and was super close and then Putin invades Ukraine and there endth that dream, I guess .. at least the s/p falling off a cliff indicates that.. and that's often a good indicator.. and look at the s/p here now btw.. A slightly larger per cent will enter into some sort of a JV instead of outright sale granted, but that's still a very small per cent indeed, I'll bet.. and the terms of such JV's are are often not very pleasing either)

another reason why Directors might not be buying in the open market now is that that they may instead be taking part in a raise 'at silly low prices', soon enough.. maybe ..
