Low MCAP26 Jan 2022 09:15
Looks mighty cheap for IPF drug which is already a approved drug in Asia for over 40 years. They were even talking about how down in Exeter Uni they are now playing to repurpose known drugs for new indications, as if this is something new! NFX have been doing this now for 13 years!
Now that they have potentially extra funding I see they will take NXP002 to phase 1. This will mean a far larger upfront payment. I don’t think it will be long here till this jumps significantly to a higher base value. I can see it hit £75 mil MCAP in 2019. Ok I see the issue with NSB failing to pay £2.5mil milestones on NXP001 but guess Milestones on Oxcillio deal this year which I hope are significantly more than £50,000. What a terrible upfront payment Chris the Ex ECO organised.
Should get NXP004 patent update potentially this year which will disclose the drug name and ownership at current.
All seems mighty played down here and about time management started to voice value rather than just what they are looking to do.
I can’t find another company in early pharmaceutical that has 3 drugs in its portfolio this far on such high value indications valued this low.
Management incompetence is definitely showing here. Lets hope they get proper leadership with interest to deliver real value rather than just babysitting to find other work!
This one is now top my portfolio for this year.
