Also setting up AVA3996 for testing would definitely not be going ahead if the platform was failing.

I always like the quote in last results update where they discuss the platform and particularly this coming update! It’s precisely this that should make anyone new or doubtful to re-read or read because after a year of studies they already seen the tech delivering and drug activation. Regardless of the actual requirements they also look way further ahead at the data.
They had seen if it works then they continue down further cohorts raising the dosage and without any stopping on this it therefore hasn’t leaked and caused toxicity due to the protocols setup on this. They have to stop at any stage of it becomes toxic.
They are obviously increasing as currently 200mg but do they need to bother going higher? This drug is so powerful it will be very effective with lower dosage for longer periods.
What they also want to see is does the tech allow even higher levels to prove its capabilities are beyond their hopes! This is strongly possible and something they may explain in science day to just display how exiting this tech is.

It’s miles off and very expensive process. Will have a place if it works like all targets they use multiple lines of drugs and procedures on same target. AVACTA will be the jewel any day now.

I think something as important as P1a the biggest update this company will ever make imo as this is a key pivotal point in its future to becoming a major player, whether bought or developed etc.
It is considered bad practice to release news later in trading, not very professional.
Therefore I think this will be a clean 0700 update. Imo could be any day next week?

They will have had results ages ago. These pharmacists can sit for ages pondering over data as it’s always impossible to say technically what time they had to announce. It’s not like a deal etc.
So the prep work is done now they just wait for the moment that’s right as per plan!

Looks like knocking on £1.40 tomorrow but at some point it’s going to breakout prior to news then on news it will be what it will be.
Simply show Tech works and Share will multiply. IMO easy £5 to £10 range on very early basic target but that will not be a point to sell as that’s the point this journey takes itself to another level where major pharmaceutical come knocking. IMO early buyouts here should be between £20 to £30 billion any further down the road and multiply that number!

How much additional value does this indicate to the Athlos platform for the negotiating they have ongoing here. They will get all the funds they need from the Athlos sale. What % they maintain we will see.

The Tech is so valuable once proven to work on next update that the pipeline of drugs and value is immense without even going into the testing diagnostics and affimer lines. Huge value HUGE
