Now NXP001 was just actually a test to check the mechanics of what they wanted to do with a major drug like NXP002 but it turned out NXP001 had actually some value hence NSB but they failed to pay the 2.5million agreed due to parent company having major accounting issues Yatai group causing them to fail as per contract NSB money. It was a really unlucky event that the coincided with January Covid 2020 stopping travel stopping further deals leaving NFX hanging without the cash owed to move NXP002 on. Once we pass by this current stage we take the data towards phase 1 and for this we get partner with JV etc meaning very big investment and probably use of clinic and very large milestones as you move fwd. that’s why this MCAP is ridiculous upon moving from this current point.
