I believe imo that NXP004 holds a lot lot lot more value than currently anyone believes. The second patent filed on it imo could be a real key to unlocking some significant further value yet to be revealed. I look forward to us seeing this. I actually now feel everything else is great stuff but that imo is a game changer. The team must be very excited about the longer term outcomes here. Current ongoings and Share price are very difficult to swallow but the longer term goal is massive. When we start to see value is a hard question maybe when we hear more on NXP004 and also when the November 2nd patent was filed on NXP004 2021. Can take 18months so perhaps winter 22/23 or spring 23 for patent approval.
Really interesting share this tbh. Has a lot coming imo.

In-line with BOD notifications and progress we will see some really interesting developments here along with patents pending, progress on data and general market value. I don’t think we have seen anything here yet including the rise in 19! This has a massive amount to come. It will become a diamond to holders who hold or accumulate. I’ve put a big wedge in here for me now and have a feeling it will change my life. All reflective to personal circumstances etc and each person has theirs.

For a start the CRO is working on NXP002 data nothing to do with NXP004. They are completely separate lines for completely different targets although NXP004 does work on Fibrosis also.

We Know NXP002 works they are now playing around on dosages. This can take time to get right. Hence why the CRO data may take further time it may also needs various adaptions to master what they want exactly.

This one is going to be interesting indeed.

This filing covers a new family of co-crystalline forms of an undisclosed marketed drug that is approved globally for the treatment of several cancers and that had global sales of over £1bn in 2020. This is the second patent application related to NXP004 that Nuformix has filed and it complements the previous patent application on NXP004 co-crystals, thus expanding the Company's intellectual property portfolio.



Anne Brindley, Chief Executive Officer, Nuformix, commented: "We are pleased to have filed this new patent application for NXP004. Data that we have generated on these new co-crystal forms in the past six months has shown improvements over the marketed form that justifies filing this new application. This application, if granted, will strengthen the patent estate for NXP004 and Nuformix's IP portfolio as a whole."

Yes Taz, it’s very frustrating but that is early pharmacology business. It’s make or break type market and you can really win or really lose. That’s why we play it, hopefully for a significant win.
They have 3 major lines. One now locked away NXP001
2nd NXP002 awaiting CRO update
NXP004 next development strategy imo but also we need to know more on the strategy for NXP002 imo.
All very very closed doors but it’s time that ticks. Alastair should hopefully update us soon imo.

I think you read too much into what I say.
I’m not saying the outlook is bad. I would not be investing here if that was my opinion. I just felt they should kept options open.
I super hopeful of a good ending here just don’t have to agree with how they get there always Soup. Perhaps you see it from a different angle but it’s the same view and destination we hope to climb.

Yes the VWAP is that now but what was Dec and Jan. I’m talking rough average of all 4 payments so far then add this month coming.

As for revenues the company looking at accounts consistently made few 100’s a year on R&D work plus worked on its vault of cocrystals it holds. It paid for itself kept business front of house semi professional and also pushed doors open for good lines. It had a multiple of benefits but not if you lived hours away! Easier to just shut it regardless of the cost and risk to shareholders. I fully see the easy cost benefits as anyone can see that side. Very easy to paint that picture to hide the efforts needed by a CEO to keep a business running. You would need to live close to it so that was the crux here that made the decision not what was best for shareholders imo. Only my opinion.

So we have 20 months of payments started 17th Dec 2021 so April is month 5 or 1/4 of the placing proceeds agreement.
Now at 1.5p it was around 1.6m to NFX. Currently they have averaged about 1.1p on those payments the first 1 helped. So we would at this poor price achieve around 1.1m or so!
We know much news is due but these delays are costing a lot in lost money reserves to help progress the lines.
This definitely was not the plan imo. As I said before I don’t like this working from a home desk type business Anne developed here as it limits possibilities but suited her lifestyle and made it a lot less hassle to run this business at a low cost basis. Had benefits but not longer term it was extremely short sighted imo.
Anyway if they deliver a plan this will be immaterial as it will be swooped up. I have a feeling it will be packaged and sold once certain lines get proven more robustly over this next 12 months.
I would certainly expect that figure to be 100 plus mil for a job lot around this position in development. Making any buyer a fortune on development.

I do feel like I expect most here that all it needs to do is drop some real progress news on moving fwd and this will catapult out of this stagnated hiatus. Vast is a testimony to this. Massively pushed down SP due to no real news and then bang. Even though I don’t like Vast I’m sure it will continue to pull people in and carry on up much higher.
I feel this is what management here are doing, hold it back till they can deliver the bang required. Well we can only hope if holding?

Our day here is coming…. It just shows how things can change so quickly. They sit on some very interesting data here. Wondering when they will complete it? You just have to wander why Alastair and Co are keeping things so tight on news. He must wish to wait for something particular imo that he considers worthy to hold and wait. It’s why I came here because of looking at the value risk reward this is poorly priced. All to come imo. If you sit on tue sidelines you miss those Vast type rises.

Nuformix has discovered novel forms of an undisclosed marketed oncology drug that has significant sales (more than £1 billion per annum in 2020) and is showing further growth

We filed one patent application in September 2020 on new forms of this drug and has utilised certain of the proceeds from the March 2021 placing to do further research on novel forms
This research was successful, identifying a new family of co-crystal forms, and in November 2021 the Company filed a second patent application, complementing the previous patent application on NXP004 co-crystals
