The more I hear the more it just confirms the desperation to try find a company that is willing to buy what is left here.

They just are not interested in this product in investing 10’s millions to try get it to market when it’s taken too long and too many other therapies in this space now moving closer to changing the space.

Unfortunately it’s taken too long to just get early clinical data done and now they cannot take it further as they have no funds to do that.

As stated in March the last data was done after and the raise.

Those studies cleared out that cash as the basic studies are probably £250,000 a shot. So add few quid from Lanstead and 70k is what you have now.

Issue always has been money here.

The product has always had the ability to produce good data but without the structure behind it they lose a lot of potential.

All you have now is a basic stripped out opportunity of NXP002 that has been available now to take since 2019 when it produce human lung tissue data then.

We haven’t moved anywhere here but waste more time and money and destroyed the platform that built NFX as a possibility.

They need money to do anything.

Sorry but listening to the funding part in the interview it was exceptionally weak indeed.

He mentions they have to have a partner which is obvious.

He mentions their results out June 30th where they will show their back dated cash position which will not probably show the actual current condition of cash.

He again waffles on about their lean running costs as it involves paying 3 executives a paltry sim to keep the virtual business going which is basically Dan home desk and Zoom calls plus paying broker and accountant costs plus paying Newcastle for their limited work.

They need more work to get the results and data ready to present and Dan and Julian are then going out waving flags at companies like AZ which are not interested now.

This is going nowhere and they need to raise funds. End of.

If anyone was interested the last funding would not have happened. As Dan said they will now start asking. Therefore absolutely nobody is currently in discussions and NFX need cash asap. Contracts and negotiations take many months even if they find a partner.

We have heated loads of promises over the years here and I have never seen any actually happen.

The max number t could raise was 10% so half done and to get them to do it they had to give the other half as options.

To raise more they need a vote. So now that’s the next stage and no they don’t have cash hence delaying results.

Honestly daft to think otherwise as they need 70k just to try cover overspending as we speak.

All expected and nothing has really changed. The issue is money. Company has nothing and will need to do a proper raise. Said it before should been done last year at double this SP yet we continue to play this silly game of waiting for the inevitable. At least they have the data to show the place holders prior to raising funds now. Expect an AGM soon or in Aug/Sep when the hammer will come down on raising funds. Once they have proper funding then it is worth buying. Right now absolutely no chance of buying on.

Forgot to mention Ebers early 2019 which was another smoke screen and another contract that returned no result. Those were all part of the picture.

When you hear terms like assets still the same when they reached 16p you know for sure that the Spin coming from the director and a few of the NFX marketing spin doctors are trying their level best to ramp this all the way to the market but it’s exceptionally misleading.

NXP001 succeeded in early 2019 with CINV data yet since then they lost the China deal with Yatai lost all the money that was due on that deal, sold NXP001 off to Oxcillio whilst the director flogged certain rights and data to them with a consulting company that is a grey area and now NFX has zero control and tiny potential on a distant possibility of any actual return from that drug. This was the data that drove the SP?? They lost millions since have absolutely no money. Binned NXP003. NXP004 found to be average and therefore not going anywhere really and no money to move it on.

The shares have gone from around 300 million to 750 million so 16p is now really 6p and they have lost the office the people and no other possibilities in pipeline to cover failure.

Also NXP002 has gone to just a SOC etc.

So to say assets are still the same as when they hit 16p is misleading to all.

They have no money and no deal. Only a possibility of a chance and those companies know NFX have nothing to back themselves so they have zero room to bargain a deal. They cannot offer anything but patents and some basic data.

The main issue here is until a deal is formally sealed the share cannot gain any value traction. It will do the same as it has done for nearly 3 years now.

They say news on NXP004 data and that means something but no cash no deal.

They get good data on NXP002 that means something but then everyone gets worried about fundraising to give them runway to find a partner or the next test. If so that be expensive funding to cover that imo.

So it needs a deal with figures not same fluff they have always done.

The time for excuses and news fluffed up to try lift SP for Lanstead is over. It’s killed that bird too many times. The last investor chat was clearly fluff for Lanstead lead by Tim. Now they want more fluff to try get it back.

It needs figures and cash now! This may come! It just might! Again I truly hope so. But diversion from the track to the additional SOC treatment dressed up as something new really got me that one!!!”

NXP001 will never come to anything as this company would not be here if they decided to even use their product they locked away for £50,000 (what stupidity by Anne/Chris and Co) but didn’t one the NFX crew get a hefty options agreement in the background???? Mmmmm

NXP004 again the drug is no better apart from you need slightly less powder!! This is worthless and again just a decoration.

NXP002 Failed duration on rats a few times on initial studies then they tried again in a much better higher forced dose and look it got pulled before the bad news came in on duration!!!

So this same powder crystal is now being tested as a lesser SOC treatment on human lung tissue samples in a very basic simple CHEAP test as they had run out of money waisted by Anne and Alistair on rats. The strange thing is why didn’t one the founders pipe up and say you are making a massive mistake especially when two of them have their RTO stock which they got given when this got moved from LVRT holdings.

It had potentials unfortunately the one that should lead it had a hissie fit and walked at the time he should be a proper leader and got it over the line.

Many contributors to this mess but one made the mistake and hides behind others but cost a lot of people a huge amount of money through telling lots of half truths to gain interest.

Be careful on what you are fed. Blind faith and some serious naivety!

So as previously mentioned this is the catch 22

They probably need 3 to 5 million to get to a point where the business might scrape even after significant more investment and risk.

To raise that now is basically more than the company is worth?

Who would lend that now on this business which shows just loss making for years yet?

The NXP002 which got stopped last year due to poor rat duration of action that failed multiple times is now there. That data shows doubtful data. This was an extensive expensive data package that Anne and Co spent a long time running down rather than doing the more modern and expensive extensive robust human data package.

We now have a new SOC NXP002 which is a variation of probably the exact same thing being used on a sliver of lung to try create some human data.

This is not a proper extensive robust package that should have been done but a rescue attempt to garner a hopeful deal.

That imo is the issue. Should raised cash to properly develop a real data human package that could countered the poor rat data. This is good data but they have no money no office now CEO and imo a long long shot to try gain a deal before nobody offers them cash to continue operating.

Look at Ebers, you cannot use theoretical numbers just because that makes it look good. You have to use the actual facts here.

Rather than discussing the stock and play the ball you try attacking the player is that the same redshoes that dissipated????
