He just posts so much nonsense about 12p deals and a £20m-£30m mcap on return and now he thinks we actually care about how he will vote at the AGM but won't say anything until closer to the voting date, it's such pathetic behaviour. He justifies himself because he is positive in his posts and history supports his thoughts. His grasp on reality is simply non-existent.

You need to look at how open a shorting account in that case. I'm sure there are many who feel the same way you do, small caps have been smashed up since Putin invaded Ukraine and there's been no good news on much at all since then. Continued radio silence here and elsewhere in many small caps not helping at all.

I don't see the company applying to the FSA to come out of suspension with an ongoing court case active.

Cynics sought to pressure and influence the board to rectify the situation in an equally unlawful fashion, including a letter writing campaign to the regulator, in late 2025. This board refused to handle the situation other than in a fully lawful manner in seeking resolution to this legacy issue.

The Company announces today that this issue is resolved, lawfully, with the cooperation of the original shareholders, and that Mr. White is formally entered into the Register of Members of Pennpetro Energy Plc as holding 6,000,000 shares of Pennpetro Energy Plc stock, correcting the registration of the Company as holder of those shares, which was void ab initio.

The Company expects that Mr. White will make a formal filing in line with his regulatory obligations forthwith.

I was asking why hasn't Mr White issued his TR1 confirming ownership of his shares that company has clearly stated have been assigned to him?

It's a very simple process and takes only minutes.

You are not alone in that. We are all seeing the same information after all. The ball is PPPs court to bring he company out of suspension but we cannot be left to keep 2nd guessing forever, or maybe we will. Maybe if we get a TR1 from Mr White that could change things? Cannot understand what the delay is with that not being issued. We know there are posters on here who are closely linked with Mr White but it seems like no one is getting anything from him and his TR1 or maybe he just doesn't want to do it. The longer he leaves issuing a TR1 the more concerned I would be about his motives if he has got his shares.

Well done, it's a start at least. Opaque is kind of right I guess but does the company actually need to itemise all the issues remaining from Evans dynasty, after all Evans has refused to co-operate with any Directors in bring them to a satisfactory close. And please don't open that old can of worms about Lunn and the dead accountant again. After all Lunn is no more of a Director at PPP than Evans or Menzel. They all irrelevant now, no matter what we think of their motives or actions in the past.

After all, everyone and anyone who is a shareholder here is in the same boat in the end.

Better to post without an agenda and address what could/should be happening next for all us.

No point in trying to actually discuss any subjects with you as you always go back to negative narrative to suit your anti PPP BoD agenda.

You could try being more reasonable in your postings as per Lewis postings where we had a proper exchange of views without any abuse required or made by either of us.
