get a grip, Jesse has gone legal against PPP plc, his case it still active.

he has not issued a TR1 despite PPP plc stating he needs to now.

I don't trust Jesse is acting in our interests at all, he is pursuing a vindictive action IMO

Clearly either Jesse has or hasn't got his shares.

If he has then he is in default as he has not issued a TR1.

If he hasn't then PPP is in default.

Question remains as which is correct?

And Jesse hasn't withdrawn his court case which means no way PPP will apply to come out of suspension until that is resolved.

There is a placing of 6m shares at 2p in July 2023 but it's rather sketchy in its content.

In that case why no rns showing such a placing

So we now know Jesse didn't get his 2.2p in a placing. Question remains what deal did he really do and why didn't Evans give him his shares?

White and Evans did a deal and Evans shafted white

White never did any buying of placing shares at ,2.2p. he did a deal off the books for them.

It makes it clear evans kept the shares registered with PPP after selling them to Jesse.

The Company announces today that this issue is resolved, lawfully, with the cooperation of the original shareholders, and that Mr. White is formally entered into the Register of Members of Pennpetro Energy Plc as holding 6,000,000 shares of Pennpetro Energy Plc stock, correcting the registration of the Company as holder of those shares, which was void ab initio.

Did JW do a deal off the books to buy his 6 million shares at 2.2p.....when I was a larger holder a plc some years ago I did contact the CEO at the time to tell him I was looking to sell some shares, he said he could arrange "a transfer" for me and a 3rd party to avoid spooking the markets and allowing a better deal for both parties. All perfectly legal apparently, I didn't take up the offer at the time as I didn't want to sell as many as the 3rd party wanted and they were not interested in a smaller deal.

Something's not right..this is all I can find (no names mentioned).

The Company confirms a price of £0.022 per share for the 6,000,000 shares paid by Mr. White in November 2023,

No mention that these 6 million shares were PLACING shares in today's RNS?

Hard to call if AGM will be before or after suspension might be lifted.

The board will, as requested repeatedly by our shareholders, apply for re-admission to trading on the exchange, once outstanding Compliance and Governance issues, of which there were many, and today remain few, are completely resolved. The reversal of the impairment of the first well in Texas being a significant step towards creating a viable operational business.

We will be holding an Annual General Meeting on, 6th May 2026, at which shareholders will be asked vote on the approval of the 2024/25 audited accounts and the appointment of certain directors to the board of Pennpetro Energy Plc, among other resolutions. This will be announced shortly and provide more necessary detail.
