Unfortunately remaining corporate and governance issues are an unknown quantity and quality, ie volume and most importantly the actual requirements.

Until that is addressed, we are staying suspended whether we like it or not.

And of course we still have the ongoing court action from Mr White who has still not issued a TR1 to confirm he has received his shares.

And we do not know what further submissions have been made to the FCA that could be subject to review/clarification.

Far too many known unknowns and unknown knowns remaining to have confidence of a speedy return to trading imo fwiw.

Feels like post AGM for potential relisting is looking likely?

I doubt if the new or existing clins would be exercised ie cashed in short term anyway. They are options that can be executed when it suits the directors and RMD when they chose to.and why would they want straight away if they are rebuilding the reputation and value of the company..

Positive is that thanks to RMD back rolling the survival of this we still have a way back from suspension. Don't forget PPP was suspended because of Evans nearly 2 years ago and he did nothing to address that.
