Having read all the RNS releases I would expect that PPP plc will be doing exactly that once they have restored the business in full. No point going legal against the former CEO in a hurry, that can wait, Evans isn't going anywhere so no rush on that front. Market doesn't like it when companies get involved in legal disputes no matter how strong their case is.

I mean he must have serious money to be able to drop that kind of cash into PPP when it was suspended as it would have come with high risk at the time.
