I agree with your sentiments, however there are still bad actors out there who continue to attack PPP BoD and posters here and who are using the blatant mismanagement of former directors and the results of their failures to go after the current Directors of the company and seem to be hell bent on being as disruptive as they can in the process. They simply refuse to accept that all this sits 100% with Evans and still want to create conspiracy theories that current BoD is not working in the interests of shareholders but merely working out a plan to disenfranchise all of us via the back door and steal away Texas assets in the process for themselves. They are still aggressively working that course of action IMO

It's a pity no one thought to do the same when Tom Evans was running the company and took it into suspension 3 times.....and of course failed to pay licence holders fees ...and of course failed to even have a valid company back account...and of course failed to issue shares as required for placings he made.....I could go on but how come no one thought to address any of that and so much more with the FCA????

I said legal action OR campaign via the FCA....as you just stated you were actively using the FCA to go after PPP until November 2025.

Jessee has not issued a TR1, question why not?

Issuing a TR1 as private shareholder is quick, easy and does not cost anything. It can be sent using a simple one page form downloaded from LSE website and can be completed and emailed to both the company and LSE in minutes and the company can then issue a RNS confirming it the same day.
